I recently stayed at this hotel, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. The service was impeccable, and the staff were extremely professional and friendly. Hotel Review This is my second stay at this hotel, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The staff are exceptional—always helpful, friendly, and attentive. During this visit, I stayed in room 402, and I was pleased to see that it had undergone a thoughtful renovation, which added a fresh and modern feel to the space. While the improvements were impressive, there are still a few areas that could use attention. The carpets and sofas in the room are starting to show their age and would benefit from an update. Despite these minor issues, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel as the best in the area. It has a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. One of the highlights of my stay was seeing Ghazlan, who oversees the gym and spa. She is incredibly professional, always cheerful, and truly adds to the hotel’s charm. I’m so glad I chose to return to this hotel, and I look forward to coming back again in the future!

“Great Experience”
It’s my first time here in oujda and also in terminus city center, thanks for the hospitality and good the treatment specially at the gym when ms Ghizlane the team leader who Was great and disponible for any questions. It won’t be my last surely and I recommend this hotel.

“Terminus is the best in Oujda.”
In general this hotel was a great experience, the atmosphere, hosting team, food,...the only 5 starts hotel in Oujda and the best so far. I have experienced the best SPA and massage so far also, and the respo Ghezlane was great guide for all the journy, thank you Terminus City Center.
