“Great Stay”

Fabulous hotel: clean, comfortable and with a great service. Close to the Medina and not too far from the mosque. Modern, fancy, cool and not stuffy. Really enjoyed my time there and I'll be sure to spend more than a night when I return to Casablanca

“Just an ok stay in a very nice modern boutique style hotel”

The stay would have been better if we weren't moved to a new room mid trip. The mix up was time consuming and a pain to deal with. We stayed here in July 2024. The group we were with had reserved our room, however we extended our stay for a few additional days. This was a headache, because after we got back from our excursion we were told that the hotel staff moved our luggage and belongings to a new room when our keys to the hotel didn't work in the elevator. That was a major issue, however it was just a miscommunication by the desk staff, our items had not actually been moved they were still in our original room. However, they didn't want to let us stay in our original room that we extended. They wanted to put us in a smaller room instead. That was unacceptable and led to an hour of back and forth with the staff when we just wanted to get into our room and shower so we could make our dinner reservation. We missed our reservation due to this and needed to figure out different dinner plans. Fortunately, we were able to reschedule dinner the following day. After the inconvenience and talks with the manager, we ended up staying in our original room our entire stay. Also, I was very taken by the quality of the bathrobe that this hotel had in the rooms (thee best hotel bathrobe that I have ever worn in all my travels!) So my fiancé bought me one during check out. It was an amazing gift! Overall, the boutique hotel was very modern and chic. I really liked the look and the cafe downstairs was nice. We had dinner at the restaurant upstairs during our stay as well and it was very pleasant. I would stay here again.
