“Excellent Stay with great room!”
Beautiful seaview rooms and clean. Enjoy our rooms for two times in a week! Fast check in and fast check out.

“Mercure? More like a 2-3 star hotel ”
Stayed in Superior Suite Ocean View. The view was the saving grace of this trip. Zero customer service from staff. Security was most helpful by far. Naim frm front desk delivered a warm service. Stayed in Superior Suite Ocean View. The view was the saving grace of this trip. Zero customer service from staff. Security was most helpful by far. Naim frm front desk delivered a warm service. Service staff frm FO, Restaurant during breakfast was just downright apathetic. If not for the view I wouldn't have bothered to choose this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was bad when we first arrived. Missing hand towels (I cldnt be bothered to highlight to staff, they shld have checked before letting us in). Safe was already locked. Sink was clogged. Shower drain was also slow draining. All in all a dismal trip as dismal as Penang.

“Hotel need renovation”
Spent 2N3D here with family. We visited last year, and at the time, the food, service, were excellent. However, this time, the hotel felt a bit tired and in need of renovation. Spent 2N3D here with family. We visited last year, and at the time, the food, service, were excellent. However, this time, the hotel felt a bit tired and in need of renovation. The staff could perhaps benefit from motivational training as well. Overall, my stay was good. We received complimentary breakfast for the kids, two-person set menu for lunch as a goodwill gesture since there were no available upgrades for platinum members. While I appreciated this gesture, it was disappointing to see the condition of the hotel and the decline in room service performance. We had to wait til 2 PM to get our second room. Check-in all guests noticeably longer than other hotels I've visited (understood occupancy was 100%) noticed some guests clearly frustrated. I’m not sure why the process is so slow, but it’s something the hotel could definitely improve
