“We will come back”
The staff was very kind and helpful. We like to send our regards to the kindest, funniest and open-heared person, SAGUN. She worked at the reception, helped us a lot and was allways smiling. The breakfast was very good, the pool area was clean. The beach was peaceful.

The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. I really appreciated the extra pillow provided in the closet. The staff very friendly and helpful. When I asked for recommendation for other options for dinner other than Georgetown, he recommended Gurney Drive which was closer. The hotel locatio… lisää
The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. I really appreciated the extra pillow provided in the closet. The staff very friendly and helpful. When I asked for recommendation for other options for dinner other than Georgetown, he recommended Gurney Drive which was closer. The hotel location is close to Batu Ferringhi. The breakfast choices were great and delicious. However, you need to be extra cautious if you are dining at the dining area near the swimming pool because of the crows.

A penang trip worth while going. Nice hotel..lovely pool..delicious food..quiet beach. Got a lovely room facing the beach. Got to see the sunset..was truly awesome. “Short vacation”
The room very comfortable,clean but the toilet need to improve,view very nice, breakfast also nice, and the staff very friendly. Hotel location is a good easy to access georgetown & batu ferringi. Thank you

Positiiviset asiat ensin; henkilökunta on ystävällistä ja palveu hyvää. Aulatilat retrolla tavalla tyylikkäät ja siistit. Aamiainen oli ok paitsi silloin ku tupa oli täynnä todella meluisaa aasialaista sakkia, henkilökunta ei pysynyt vauhdissa mukana. Yleisilme koko paikassa on väsynyt ja kulunut. … lisää

Kaipaa täydellistä remonttia joka olisi pitänyt tehdä jo aikoja sitten. Huoneissa katot tummilla läikillä, seinistä maalit lohkeili ja siivoukset tehty siltä osin mihin silmä osuu. Petivaatteiden puhtaus antaa reilusti parantamisen varaa.
