After some of the reviews, I wasn’t sure I’d be happy but our family had three rooms and we found the hotel to be most accommodating and pleasant. The room was large and we looked out onto a forest of snow loaded trees. We suspect they often accommodate tours so they did have some firm policies:2:00 is check in—-even when there really didn’t seem to be a hoard of guests and checkout is 11:00 but we did get to keep 1 room an extra hour. There were many seating, lounging, areas, a sauna and soaking area. They offered to make a reservation at a nearby restaurant for dinner that we wanted to try. We usually enjoy breakfasts in large hotels but would only rate this one okay——maybe because it was a slow, winter time—-not amazing or fresh. Great location near Entrance 1. Would we return—-sure but eat a big dinner so you can handle the breakfast.

“Green Hotel !”

Green hotel surrounded by the greens. A good choice for anyone who wants to explore the Plitvice National Park. Stay here! This hotel is also popular among tour groups with ample parking spaces for busses, cars etc. Front office staffs were friendly. Check in & check out was seamless. Room was o… lisää

Green hotel surrounded by the greens. A good choice for anyone who wants to explore the Plitvice National Park. Stay here! This hotel is also popular among tour groups with ample parking spaces for busses, cars etc. Front office staffs were friendly. Check in & check out was seamless. Room was okay with balcony and good view. Bed was comfy and the amenities were decent. Toilet was also okay. No coffee tea making facility. Food was nice and plenty of choices. Thank you for the experience.

The hotel is an old fashioned one, presumably from the Yugoslavian era, but is unbeatable in terms of location. The hotel is large, and had lots of facilities, including a spa and souvenir shop. The hotel is an old fashioned one, presumably from the Yugoslavian era, but is unbeatable in terms of location. The hotel is large, and had lots of facilities, including a spa and souvenir shop. Rooms were an OK size, and had a small balcony. Note there is nothing too different between the lake view rooms and the park view ones, especially if on a lower floor. We opted for the buffet which was pretty good, especially for the vegetarian in our group. Service was very good and always with a smile. The breakfast was equally comprehensive. If you are driving the car park is large and right in front of the hotel. The only thing I'd watch out for is if you pay for the package, including tickets to the park, they don't issue the tickets after 4pm on day of arrival, as apparently that's last entrance to park.
