I’m posting this review a little late (we went in summer 2023) but I’m catching up on my TripAdvisor reviews. Sani Beach was one of the best holidays we have been on. What makes it stand out compared to other luxury hotels is the service - the people who work there are clearly trained to put the customer first and it makes such a difference when you want to relax and have everything taken care of on holiday. This is often where other luxury resorts fall down. We had a 2-bedroom family suite with fantastic views. Our personal concierge Andre was outstanding. All of our requests were dealt with promptly and with a smile. The service around the pools and beaches is first class. We never felt like we had to wait for anything. There was always someone there to take food orders or drinks orders or find you a sunbed. Again, it’s these details that make Sani stand out from the rest. The restaurants and the entertainment were outstanding – easily the best entertainment I have seen at any 5* hotel. The kids loved every minute of it! Negatives: Only 1 - the drinks and everything else you purchase outside your board basis are very expensive! Prepare for a large bill at the end of the holiday!

Our stay at Sani Beach Resort in Halkidiki was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, the level of personalized service and attention to detail exceeded all expectations. I must give special recognition to Marianna, our dedicated concierge, who transformed my birthday celebration into an unforgettable experience. Her thoughtful touches and genuine care made us feel like truly valued guests rather than just another booking. The culinary experience was elevated by two outstanding staff members. Silia, the wine sommelier, demonstrated exceptional knowledge and passion, guiding us through their impressive wine selection with expertise and enthusiasm. Her recommendations perfectly complemented each meal and enhanced our dining experience. At Amos restaurant, we were fortunate to be served by Dionisis, who exemplifies the highest standards of hospitality. His remarkable memory for guests' preferences and attention to detail is extraordinary - he remembered our favorite drinks and dietary preferences from day one, making each visit feel personal and special. His professionalism, combined with a warm, engaging personality, made every meal a delightful experience. The resort itself is stunning, with pristine beaches and beautiful Mediterranean views, but it's truly the staff that sets Sani Beach apart. “Fabulous relaxing holiday”

We had a wonderful experience which was impossible to fault. We stayed in a two bedroom suite in B block at Sani Beach which had fabulous sea views, overlooking Mount Olympus. We had a wonderful experience which was impossible to fault. We stayed in a two bedroom suite in B block at Sani Beach which had fabulous sea views, overlooking Mount Olympus. The suite gave us access to all hotels on the site, which were all stunning. Our concierge Julia was so helpful, helping us book some of the many activities on offer such as boat trips and Volvo tour. The Volvo tour was excellent and it’s a real shame the longer tour was no longer on offer. The food was very good and we enjoyed the choice of restaurants. All in all a fabulous relaxing holiday!

“Half term October break”

This was our 8th visit to the Sani resort. We had books 3 rooms for our party of 5. The weather was great as at this time of year it cannot be guaranteed. This was our 8th visit to the Sani resort. We had books 3 rooms for our party of 5. The weather was great as at this time of year it cannot be guaranteed. It was cold in the evenings though, the resort is obviously catering for the hot summer climate some evenings. We did the high ropes and went to the white party which were both great. I tried to book tennis but this needed to be done in advance as there was no availability. I did have a couple of gripes this holiday. The pools were too cold it made the sea feel like bath water with the exception of the kids splash pool they were too cold to enter, even the indoor pool wasn’t very warm. The gym is too small you only need 8 people in there to be too busy to safely use equipment, for a hotel this size it needs to be vastly bigger there seems to be lots of unused space in the ballroom area above the current location. My biggest issue was with the room allocation I had requested weeks in advance that the 2 eco rooms be near each other as my children were staying in one together, I was advised this is not guaranteed which I completely understood. However, when we arrived my children were in block a on 5th floor and we were put block b on the 6th. I was advised there was nothing else available. The way the hotel is laid out it meant we had to go down to 2nd floor along a passage way connecting the 2 blocks then up to 5. I was very disappointed that my request was ignored I can’t believe that there wasn’t something in the same block available. I observed several other adult groups that had been given rooms next to each other. I am aware I could have booked a 2 bed suite but this would have been a lot more money. Food was of a high standard with the exception of the market restaurant in Dunes & Elia in Porto. I would like to end on a good note, Sani is beautiful it is such an easy relaxing holiday with so much on offer. I’m sure we will return in the near future.
