“Wonderful last days in the Excelsior”
Fantastic final days of a Grand Old Dame; unlikely to find such spacious rooms in Hong Kong at such prices in future. It is absolutely heart wrenching to see this landmark come under the wrecking ball in the next few months.

We stayed at The Excelsior again for a week this month, only 10 days before it was scheduled to close. While it may be closing, the quality of staff and our stay was first class - befitting a property of the Mandarin Oriental Group. “Sad to see It close”
I'm not sure if I should write this review because I stayed at this Hotel on a company layover. However, I really enjoyed every time I stayed here. “Excelsior Hotel last days”
This hotel is closing on March 31st 2019 and being knocked down some time after April 1st and to be honest ,it shows. The usual high quality was sadly lacking even down to there being no mini-bar in my Executive Club room. I know that is a first-world problem but when you are paying that much,it... lisää
