This place is dated but the free breakfast made up for it. Pros: - The price. This was $80 cheaper per room than the Kelowna Holiday Inn and was worth the savings. - Seating for breakfast was nice and updated. - Free breakfast was good for vegetarians. They had hashbrown potato and beans which I have never seen at a Holiday Inn before. Bagels, bread, pancakes, packaged takeaway yogurts, juices, coffee, tea, cream cheese, peanut butter and jams. They had meat options but I didn’t look at those. - Location close to all stores/restaurants. - Gave extra towels etc. - Room is standard but clean. Needs some updating eventually - Excellent water pressure from shower Cons: - Need for more staff in the breakfast area, at least 3 employees. The one girl we saw was working so hard. Garbage cans were overflowing. She was cooking, resupplying stations, and also cleaning tables. You did have to wait for food to come out which could take 15 minutes. They just needed one person for each job task but the headcount wasn’t there. - Above ground parking. Lots of spots. Don’t know why diamond elite get special accessible parking spaces though. Their spots were closer to the front entrance than the accessible spots. - Shower curtain is too short causing water to leak on the floor when in use.

Would be 5 stars as nice staff and nice hot tub jets and clean and a nice breakfast but the bed was quite hard and firm. Was a bit hard on my back. Tv too was a good size and in high def. The hotel is welcoming from the outside. The landscaping is looked after well. Lobby is welcoming and you can get coffee and tea as well as milk and yogurt all day. The hotel is welcoming from the outside. The landscaping is looked after well. Lobby is welcoming and you can get coffee and tea as well as milk and yogurt all day. Good choice of breakfast items available. Above average sized room fridge was nice! My biggest beef was with the bathroom. The sink faucet made a lot of noise and the showerhead was brutal. Very high water pressure and no ability to focus the flow. The TV was terrible. A very weird system where you had to enter numbers with dashes to select channels (17-1, 29-2, etc.). Although there were many guests at the time, it was surprisingly quiet. The pet fee of $25 is high in comparison to other properties.
