“Kindhearted service and good hot spring”
I reserved a special offer for my first stay. They gave me a cozy and large enough room with very good view of South Alps mountains. Public bath space is well equipped. I could not have a wide sky at the outdoor bath but I felt relaxed due to nice water temperature.

“Good Way to Experience a Japanese-Style Hotel”
This is a nice way to experience a Japanese style hotel for much less than a ryokan. We did not utilize the onsen, but poked our heads in to see what the hype was about. It looked very nice and was popular after dinner time. The rooms are average and a little beaten up in parts, but nice views on the one side. We also partook in the Japanese style dinner and it was also worth the experience.

I stayed at this hotel July 17, 2017. The rooms were very spacious with an amazing view. Very clean. Gift shops and free spa were available for guests. We had to hang out on lobby couches to get wifi.

“View of Mount Fuji”
We had a large spacious room, but a very small bathroom, we were lucky and where allocated a room at the front which meant we could see Mount Fuji in the distance. The bed was comfortable and we had a good nights sleep, no noise. Breakfast was not very good for the western pallet.

No pickup service provided by the hotel. One convenience store is located beside the hotel (side entrance, less than 5 mins walk from lobby). Front desk staffs: English communication is not an issue. They are friendly. Room condition: Big room. Well maintained and clean. Feel relax and comfortable. Toiletries/amenities: Toothbrush/paste, hair dryer, fridge, kettle are provided. In-room slippers are recycled. No disposable slippers are provided. There is a safe in the room. No bottled drinking water is provided. Green tea and complimentary snack are served. There is shop (operated by the hotel) selling souvenir at lobby. Internet: Free WiFi only at the lobby. Area is big with plenty of sofa chairs. No in room WiFi. Breakfast: Buffet style, Japanese and Western. Not much choices. Taste is okay. Onsen: No swapping between male and female onsen. Open air onsen is available. No scenery view because it is located on level 3. In summary, the hotel room is nice. This hotel is mainly for business or wedding purposes. Not an area with famous tourism spot. With such room rate is too pricey because nothing surprised me.
