“Luxury with good location.”
Lobby is on 22fl. My room is relax double non smoking with autometic massage chair and Room is big scale. Luxury, comfortable and full facilities. Location near train station Shinakawa sea side station on under ground floor. Aeon style departmentstore is in area of building. Lawson convinience store is on under ground floor also. Good location and easy to go haneda airport with airport express bus.

“Great Experience”
The Hotel is located very conveniently (near a Subway station, a mall, a supermarket, convenience store and restaurants). The staff are very kind and thoughtful of everything. It's clean and fully equipped. We had a great experience during our stay. Thank you!

“Convenient and quiet”
Located (very convenient) on top of Shinagawa Seaside Station, this hotel is only a few train stops away from Haneda. Hotel Lobby on 16th Floor Check in, Simple. Lobby, spacious. Located (very convenient) on top of Shinagawa Seaside Station, this hotel is only a few train stops away from Haneda. Hotel Lobby on 16th Floor Check in, Simple. Lobby, spacious. We placed luggages there before check in time. Staff, friendly. Elevators from lobby to rooms, three in total, alright. Room, dated but clean and comfortable. Spaciousness? Japan standard. We were able to monitor washing machines on the TV 📺 . Kettle, cups, fridge, massage chair inside room. Washing and drying (2 in 1) machines available, two units on 17th and 20th floor (ie total of 4). Machines accept ¥100 coin, ¥500 to wash and dry, additional ¥100 to further drying. On average, we spent ¥600 per load (4.5kg, but ours is more than that 😁). Few places to eat (Italian, coffee shops, Chinese and Japanese) and shop (¥100 shop and a big Aeon). Family Mart and Lawson there, 24/7. Wifi speed, good. ♿ friendly. Didn't try the hotel Vietnamese restaurant as there were places to eat outside hotel. All in all, very good.

“Check-in was an issue this time round.”
Have stayed here twice before when it was under the Sunroute brand, and visually, i guess it has not changed much. The improvement: There are massage chair that have now been added to the room and the restaurant which caters for breakfast now has a better selection of food. Breakfast do get crowd… lisää
Have stayed here twice before when it was under the Sunroute brand, and visually, i guess it has not changed much. The improvement: There are massage chair that have now been added to the room and the restaurant which caters for breakfast now has a better selection of food. Breakfast do get crowded particularly during weekends. The bad: Check in was terrible. Under the Sotetsu brand, I was now directed from the receptionist to check in via the self-help machine even though there were 4 receptionists with no other guests at the check-in counter. After fumbling for 10-15 minute with the machine (I had to check in for 3 pax for 3 rooms under 3 different booking), I realised that the only option to complete the payment was through a credit card (with pin number) and my international credit card was not accepted by the kiosk. I had to then go back to the reception desk to check in, taking another 10-15 minutes to get everything sorted. Another point was the inflexible policy that the new management have, where they were quite anal about us re-allocating the rooms based on our preference (since one of my guests had a strong preference not to take the smoking room) and made us go through a round of confusion again. All-in-all it took 30 minutes to check in! Other than that, location was convenient to my workplace with an Aeon mall nearby, and sleep quality was good. Hope they sort out their check in process soon by the time I visit again in future (if ever).
