“Very nice Onsen”
Very nice place and close to JR station and metro. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The best part is the onsen (public bath) in the second floor. Well maintained with washer and dryer. I will come back again and I recommend this hotel to everyone

“Kazusaya Hotel, excellent and in central Tokyo with easy access to trains”
We got to the hotel a bit early, so concierge/clerk Ms Morita checked our luggage into the secure storage rrom while we explored the area a bit. We'd been in Tokyo at another hotel a week prior, and it was our 3rd trip to Japan, so not newbies. There is a station on the Sobu Line imediately around … lisää
We got to the hotel a bit early, so concierge/clerk Ms Morita checked our luggage into the secure storage rrom while we explored the area a bit. We'd been in Tokyo at another hotel a week prior, and it was our 3rd trip to Japan, so not newbies. There is a station on the Sobu Line imediately around the corner, and the JR Kanda station on the Yamanote line is only a 10 minute walk away. Tokyo station is a brisk 20 minute walk (take the Sobu line). The hotel is well maintained, extremely clean and fresh, and both elevators come quickly. There are tall buildings all around, so the view lower down isn't great, but you wanted to wave to a neighbour across the street in the office tower you could do so easily. There is an artifical onsen on the 2nd floor, which is a MUST for the weary traveler. Same rules apply, shower/bathe first, men and women are separate, no tattoos, and take your room towels down with you or ask for extras at the front. Nearly everyone going to the onsen wore the hotel pajamas and slippers. There's a locker with key for all patrons, no extra fee. Upon checkout we had to store our luggage again as our flight wasn't leaving until evening, and again Morita-san stored our luggage. She also helped me send our pocket-wifi units back to the rental agency as we'd lost the return envelopes. They can ship by Yamato or JPS from the front desk. Morita-san's English is superb, she joked with us and made us feel very welcome. Easily the gem of the trip and we'll be returning here when we come back to Japan.

“Nice place to stay with interesting history”
We stayed here for two nights during the week, very handy to the station which was great for us . Only a small room but very neat and clean, good bathroom. This hotel also has the public bath / Onsen. We used that , very nice , the water was 42 degrees so quite warm, loved it. Nice staff, friendl… lisää

This hotel has been here for a long time, started in 1891, as far as I know it is still in the hands of the original family. They have done a great job redeveloping the hotel over the years to expand and keep up with modern trends to the very modern hotel here today . In the hotel there is a little museum, plenty of history to learn there, have a look it is on the same floor as the bath/ Onsen. We enjoyed our stay, perfect for our need, plenty of restaurants about and convenience stores.
