“Nice Comfy Stay”
Stayed for a night with the family, the rooms are spacious and very nicely done. Great ambiance. Offers multiple restaurants and nice food options. And great shopping options as well. It’s very well connected to both Disney Sea and Disneyland.

“Donald Duck room”
We stayed here for as we wanted a Disney hotel for early park access to Disneysea and wanted to stay in the Donald Duck themed room. We stayed here for as we wanted a Disney hotel for early park access to Disneysea and wanted to stay in the Donald Duck themed room. The room was as pictured online and had a few freebie themed amenities such as a reusable bag and cosmetics pouch but unfortunately smelt a bit musty. The other thing to mention is the corridors are so so long and if you had mobility issues it would be worth requesting a room near to the elevators. There's a little convenience store and a Disney merchandise store in the lobby. The hotel is well situated and had buses to the parks. We actually walked to Disneysea as it was only about 15 minutes away. Check in was easy and they kindly stored our bags whilst we were at the parks for the day. Overall I would recommend it mostly for the early parks access but felt the £350/night for the Donald room was quite expensive given it was musty and the other options available.

Decent Disney Tokyo hotel- especially for the price. The theming was okay- had some Disney elements but didn't feel especially unique or immersive, which we were used to at some of the other Disney hotels we've been to. The room was small especially for 4 people but we made it work, especially since we didn't spend much time in the room itself. Check in and check out procedures were very smooth and timely, which was important to us as we checked in the same day we wanted to go to park opening. The stores can get very busy after park closing so definitely recommend trying to time those if you want to avoid lines. We were disappointed to learn the pool had a cost associated to it as we've never experienced this before. We dined at Chef Mickey's as part of our vacation package and found it to be a decent quality breakfast. Location wise it is about a 10 min walk from Disney Sea or the shuttles are available as well (although can bring quite a line).

“A good art deco Disney hotel”
An Art Deco themed Disney hotel that still punches above its weight. Stayed here directly after two nights at Fantasy Springs and but for the new allure of Fantasy Springs, I’d have been happy to have done my entire stay at the Ambassador. The only downside is it’s a bit dated and has that musty smell. But there are plenty of great food options, the rooms and large, the beds comfortable and it’s really convenient having Ikspiari directly connected - particularly if you’re not doing Disneyland/Disneysea every day of your visit .

“Average - Happy Entry to Disneysea the only reason to pay the premium for a room here”

We stayed at this hotel for one night between a day at Disneyland and a day at Disneysea. The hotel lobby and surrounds are lovely and it is convenient by shuttle for both parks. Room was clean - a bit dated and we were disappointed there were no real Disney amenities or gifts in the room. Beds were a little uncomfortable. Stayed mainly for happy entry to Disneysea - this is a wonderful perk that we really made the most of - but this is an expensive average hotel so consider whether you want to pay the extra for early access.
