First of all the location and the price are very very good, walking distance from the main train station, and most the main city attractions, the room is very clean, the view is very good, the Staff are so friendly they went out of their way to help us especially Ricardo, I called him out of the working hours to help us to book a taxi to the airport, and he did book it for us, my wife forgot her phone in the taxi and we discovered when we were in the airplane going home, I called him and he managed to find the phone and send to us in Ireland via a trusted carrier. We can't say how much we really appreciate his help, the whole experience there was amazing, we will come back again for sure.

A fabulous hotel! The hotel is in a good location and you can easily access the city, attractions and restaurants. The rooms were clean and modern and the staff were happy and helpful. A fabulous hotel! The hotel is in a good location and you can easily access the city, attractions and restaurants. The rooms were clean and modern and the staff were happy and helpful. The hotel was quiet and there was no noise from outside or within the hotel. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was modern with an amazing shower! The AC worked brilliantly and helped us to keep cool in the hot summer time. The only downside to this hotel is that there is no storage. There is one small clothes rail with approximately six hangers. No drawers or further storage for clothes or toiletries. Absolutely fine for a few days but I’m not sure where you’d put everything if you were staying much longer. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

“Would stay here again!”

Great hotel in a great location - only a 15 minute walk to Trevi Fountain/Spanish steps. There were lots of restaurants, cafes, markets a short distance away. The room was clean and modern with fantastic shower, very comfy bed and pillows, and good facilities provided like mini fridge, TV, hairdrye… lisää

Great hotel in a great location - only a 15 minute walk to Trevi Fountain/Spanish steps. There were lots of restaurants, cafes, markets a short distance away. The room was clean and modern with fantastic shower, very comfy bed and pillows, and good facilities provided like mini fridge, TV, hairdryer. The staff were helpful and friendly and were able to assist with booking taxis and day trips.

“Basic hotel in decent location”

Stayed here for 2 nights as part of a tour group. Hotel is basic in amenities but in a decent location. It is walkable to most major attractions and in a safe location. Stayed here for 2 nights as part of a tour group. Hotel is basic in amenities but in a decent location. It is walkable to most major attractions and in a safe location. The room is small but comfortable. Breakfast is average and felt chaotic with so many people the seating was limited and queues for coffee machine etc were long. Would probably not choose to stay here again.
