“Lovely atmosphere”
Very nice location. Well connected with the main Roman touristic attraction. The place is clean and well kept. The room is big and functional, furnished with all the comfort to feel at ease. The staff is very helpful and kind.

“Perfect great value stay Rome!”
Stayed here as a family of four (2 young children 2yrs and 5yrs). Was very clean and comfortable and spacious. Stayed here as a family of four (2 young children 2yrs and 5yrs). Was very clean and comfortable and spacious. Had separate bedroom that the children stayed in and another living/bedroom area which meant we had somewhere to sit in the evenings. Kitchenette was very well equipped and perfect for making light meals or picnics. Lovely gardens too. Very easy to catch a tram into the centre of Rome. Would recommend for families as much more affordable than the centre of Rome, and also perfect for couples or friends looking for great value, convenient, clean and spacious accommodation with a modern Roman feel. Would stay again!

“Very Good place to stay in Rome”
Good hotel and the tram/bus stops are few minutes walk away. I took the new bus 520 from Ciampino Airport then got off at Cinecitta and then catch the Metro. Instead of taking bus H from Termini, I got off at Manzoni and took the tram number 3 just outside of the station. You need to cross the road… lisää
Good hotel and the tram/bus stops are few minutes walk away. I took the new bus 520 from Ciampino Airport then got off at Cinecitta and then catch the Metro. Instead of taking bus H from Termini, I got off at Manzoni and took the tram number 3 just outside of the station. You need to cross the road to take the tram that goes towards Trastevere. Got off from Tram 3 at Pascarella, from the same platform took Tram 8. Got off at RAMAZZINI and walked few minutes to the hotel. Receptionist is very polite and she gave us the map and told us where we can get the food and so on. The only down side is, there is no lift available but only the steps to go to the top floors. There is a supermarket closer to the tram stop but I preferred the supermarket(more choice) which is found in front of Trastevere tram stop. I spent long time at the bus stop to catch bus H to go to the Centre but this bus never turned up(once spent an hour at the bus stop). Tram is very frequent and recommended. I did a day trip to Pompei and Herculanium. Left very early morning to catch the 7:00 am train to Naples and then from there took the local train to Ercolano, spent 2.5 hours there then took the train again to Pompei. Pompei has 2 stations depend on which train you take so make sure you get off at the correct station. Leaving from the Hotel to Termini very early means you should take bus H but because of unreliable service I took another bus from the road next to the Hospital and went to Pyramid Metro station. From there Termini is few stops away. There is a good free Rome transport app(Moovitapp) available and you can plan any of your journey by using this good app. Few hours queuing is normal for all the tourist attractions in Rome so carry a water bottle with you. I bought the 5 days pass at the airport which is very useful.

“Comfortable staying ”
I must say it was an amazing experience living at residenza maxima! We stayed there for two nights and we found it extremely comfortable, clean and big as we were given the suit with kitchenette! I must say it was an amazing experience living at residenza maxima! We stayed there for two nights and we found it extremely comfortable, clean and big as we were given the suit with kitchenette! We were on our 7th day of Italy trip and our 26 months old daughter was on her hunger strike. 😣 After getting in there we cooked and she ate finally! The owners of the residence were so friendly and cooperative! I should mention Monica, One of the owners we had a friendly chat with is so so sweet and helpful! She’s such a charming lady! We enjoyed our staying in there. Thank you so much for everything! And to everyone who’s planning a trip to Rome, I definitely suggest to stay at residenza Maxima, via Maria Lorenza Longo. 🙏🏻😀
