“Central & valuable stay”
In the middle of Teriminni station but only...a bit dangerous feeling due to the around area is dark n homeless people. Except this accomodation itself is great. Nice clean room & lovely breakfast~ we can have fruit bread coffee n milk. Daily cleanup is perfect. Its vauable stay in Rome. Recommenda… lisää

“Very good B&B”
I stayed when I was in Rome. Very spacious and clean room. There is no reception but the owner communicated with me before arrival. It is in front of Roma Termini, if you are arriving by bus from the airport, just walk down for about 150m and cross the road. If by train from the airport, from platf… lisää
I stayed when I was in Rome. Very spacious and clean room. There is no reception but the owner communicated with me before arrival. It is in front of Roma Termini, if you are arriving by bus from the airport, just walk down for about 150m and cross the road. If by train from the airport, from platform 24, turn left, exit the station and turn left again onto via giolliti. It is about 500m down. The owner was very nice, gave me directions to the nearest metro and bus 70 is right in front of the hotel. Room was cleaned everyday and the fridge is stocked with food if you need a nibble. I know other reviews say the area is rough, I don't agree with this. It is close to Termini for easy access to other parts of Italy and to downtown Rome. Note, if you are travelled to or from fiumicino airport on the train, please make sure you validate your ticket before boarding the train. I made this mistake when going back to the airport and I was fined €50. Enjoy Roma.

“Good value ”
The location was very close to the main train station and metro and easy walking distance to the Coliseum. True the immediate two blocks could have looked better, but the building is actually fine.
