My husband & I stayed at Palazzo Nainer in Aug. 2024 for our 40th wedding anniversary & we fell in love with it & have recommended it to many friends. All staff were fabulous & some of the kindest, most hospitable & attentive we’ve ever had the pleasure to meet in the hospitality industry. In particular, Manager Pamela and Madeleine, who is in charge of hosting breakfast, bent over backwards to make sure everything was perfect. An exquisite breakfast buffet, curated by Madeleine, was beautifully presented & mouth-wateringly delicious! Absolutely everyone working at this exclusive, elegant hotel, doted over us & each guest at all times. In every category, Palazzo Nainer scores big-time. It has a gorgeous, modern décor, is spotlessly clean, & was a pleasure to just hang out in. We feel so fortunate & grateful! Our room was spacious, very tastefully decorated, & extremely comfortable!! We had the pleasure of visiting the rooftop bar/snack terrasse which had an extensive cocktail list, awesome snacks, a most gorgeous & romantic view! This prize-winning hotel is very well located just a few steps away from Palazzo del Popolo & a very short walk to the Spanish Steps. This enchanting area is packed with both local fashion boutiques, luxury brand stores, and tons of restaurants! When we travel back to Rome, there is nowhere else we would stay & I highly recommend Palazzo Nainer for your next visit. We enjoyed so much staying at the hotel. Excellent location, very clean, the stuff are amazing. Cappuchino also very good. Room is super clean and when you keep the windows closed it is quiet. There is air conditioning. Super soft linnens on the beds. A safe , kettle and TV. Location of the hotel is good too. I would come back to this hotel !

AMAZING!! From beginning to end, everyone made us feel so welcome and went beyond their job to make our wedding week extra-special. All the staff were amazing, they even helped us solve issues that had nothing to do with our stay. The room unbelievable, so clean, bed was like sleeping in a cloud. Location unbeatable. My wife and I fell in love with this hotel and will 100% come back to Rome and stay here without a doubt. They took our stay and even our wedding to a whole different level. Special thanks to Pamela, the manager, who was incredible at helping us with everything and more than she could so that we could have a trouble and stress-free wedding. 1000% recommended
