“One night stay save!”
When we arrived at the hotel after the trip to Venice we found out that they did not have the room available for my family of 4. When we arrived at the hotel after the trip to Venice we found out that they did not have the room available for my family of 4. Apparently there was a situation with the previous guest who flooded the room. You can understand my despair: in Rome and with no room to stay that night. Even so, I have to say, I feel satisfied as the owner handled the situation. He made the effort to try to contact us through hotels.com who never contacted us. The owner managed to get us a hotel steps away from his to help us. So, we definitely recommend it. Thanks for the help.

“Superb just book it you won’t be disappointed”
Great place to stay so close to sights you won’t need the metro very clean and comfortable with staff that are attentive and so helpful without being intrusive Absolutely recommend this place made the week a joy Thanks

“Misconception”
This place was decent for the price, however dont let the website fool you. This is no bed and breakfast. We arrived thinking we could count on breakfast, but then were informed they stopped breakfast service last January...never updating the website. The AC does not work well on its highest and co… lisää
This place was decent for the price, however dont let the website fool you. This is no bed and breakfast. We arrived thinking we could count on breakfast, but then were informed they stopped breakfast service last January...never updating the website. The AC does not work well on its highest and coldest setting. It was cool enough outside we thought we would open the windows but directly underneath were lines of dumpsters so it smelled like trash and we had to close them. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and we enjoyed our stay well enough.

“Good location but not much else”
First the good. Location was great near many sites. Clean and rooms had amenities. However when booking you need to I guess clearly email them about the size and type of room you want. When booking on like it asks you how many persons and then only gives you an option for s room type. As in our cas… lisää
First the good. Location was great near many sites. Clean and rooms had amenities. However when booking you need to I guess clearly email them about the size and type of room you want. When booking on like it asks you how many persons and then only gives you an option for s room type. As in our case it was 4 adults and 1 toddler. So I chose the quadruple which I thought would be two rooms. No it was one room with a large bed and then a Murphy type bed with two bunk beds. This led to a cramped and miserable stay for all of us. Next the staff was nonexistent and unhelpful. When I brought up the issue of us needing two rooms she wanted to charge me 130 ish Euro each night. I tried to explain we wanted two single rooms but she really didn’t care. They also only made our room up one night and when they did we came back to a hit room because they had turned the air conditioning temp up. Needless to say this place is not a good spot got large families unless you confirm you have your own rooms. It was not a pleasant stay.
