“Upea paikka”
Tyttöystäväni ja minä olimme Roomassa muutaman päivän ja oleskelimme tässä upeassa olemispaikassa, jossa tapasimme herra Fabion, paikan omistaja oli niin kaunis henkilö. Paikasta kaikki oli täysin mukavaa ja puhdasta, muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päässä metroasemalta tekee paikasta fantastisen.

“Clean, comfortable bed, good service”
We staid here last week for 5 days. The owner was very friendly and everything went well. Although we arrived early there was no problem with our room. The room is simple but you only use the room for sleeping. The bed was comfortable and what was most important it was all clean. TV was a bit small… lisää
We staid here last week for 5 days. The owner was very friendly and everything went well. Although we arrived early there was no problem with our room. The room is simple but you only use the room for sleeping. The bed was comfortable and what was most important it was all clean. TV was a bit small but we were out walking through Rome 9-11 hours a day and didnt really need the TV. Wifi was free and it was very fast. Breakfast was served in the coffee bar next to the building. You could choose between a coffee and tea and had a glass of orange juice and a croissant of your choice or a sandwich. Was enough to get the day started. The people at the coffee bar were also very friendly. The bed and breakfast is located between the train station Ostiense and the Metro station Garbatella which made it easy to get around. In the area there are many places to eat. If you are looking for an affordable stay in Rome you will find it here.

“nice place to stay”
It's an nice place to stay, its basic but very clean, its near to metro station. The owner is very friendly. Very close you can find a lot of restaurants with good quality of food. You are going to take cards for breakfast in a bar near the rooms.

“nice place”
the owner Mr. Fabio was very friendly and helpfull. we stayed for 4 nights. location is good.... a walking distance from metro station and a nearby superstore. everything went very smoothly .... i'll recomend this place to travellers

“Clean, cheap and cheerful. ”

We recently stayed here for 3 nights. When we arrived, the owner Fabio was waiting for us in the rain with a smile and some useful information about the area: best way to get to the centre and all the big tourist spots etc. He lead us to our room which is part of a gated appartment complex, he gave us all the necessary keys and all the information regarding breakfast, which is next door to the the appartments in a little cafe. The room itself is quite small with a decent sized bed, a wardrobe, two sets of drawers and a TV (we didn't use it). The bathroom was also quite small but very clean and the shower was decently powerful. Breakfast in the cafe next door was just what you need to start your day, you have a choice of tea or coffee, sandwich or croissant and some juice. Not to heavy for all the walking we did around Rome. All in all for the price we paid, this was a bargain of a stay. It's close proximity to the centre via the metro makes it an ideal place to stay away from the centre to avoid the silly prices. If youre coming to Rome to sightsee and not to stay in the room except to sleep. I would highly recommend this place.
