“Wonderful stay”
The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located in the good area. The room is sparkling cleaned and well-decorated. The staff are all amazing, professional and helpful. Especially thanks to Pamela from the restaurant for taking care of us and everyone good care!

“Excellent!!”
Wonderful stay!! Delicious breakfast at the ristorante!! Graci Pamela!! 🥰🥐 The ambience is amazing! My husband and I enjoyed ourselves so much! I will definitely recommend this to all of my friends back in the USA. The special pastry was a very nice touch! Happy New Year!!

“Perfect morning!”
Perfect breakfast, very nice atmosphere to start the day! The staff very polite and professional. Mr. Nikita made our day, thank you so much for your hospitality! Food is delicious. Great variety of a la carte and buffet options. We will definitely come back.

“Very Nice Hotel”
Very nice hotel conveniently located. Nice room and excellent staff. Leonardo at breakfast was very helpful and courteous. Very spacious room and very clean. Bathroom was fully provisioned and staff made the bed in the evening. Roof top bar is amazing.

Pros: -Ludovisi is a wonderful location -The remodel was first-rate -- full stop -Comfy beds/bedding and very quiet -Room was very clean, large (for Rome), and the balcony area was great -Breakfast buffet (food quality/selections) are unreservedly terrific -Rooftop lounge is a great spot -The staff… lisää
Pros: -Ludovisi is a wonderful location -The remodel was first-rate -- full stop -Comfy beds/bedding and very quiet -Room was very clean, large (for Rome), and the balcony area was great -Breakfast buffet (food quality/selections) are unreservedly terrific -Rooftop lounge is a great spot -The staff that are happy and well-trained are helpful and kind Cons: -Given that this is a new remodel, the air/heat should work much faster/better/efficiently than it does -The housekeeping at this property is a bit vexing. Some days it was perfect, but other days self-evidently dirty plates from room service etc. were left in the middle of the room, the minibar wasn't restocked, requests for more towels/coffee were ignored, etc. -The breakfast customer service was really unpolished and inconsistent. Now, to be clear, there were kind people trying hard; but, some mornings it looked more like a skit from Saturday Night Live -Some staff seemed distant and disengaged Overall, this is a solid 4+ star property. The great news for them is that better management/training will solve some of their shortcomings. The resurgent Via Veneto corridor has become much more competitive at the upper end, so this is a constructive addition. But they will have to up their game to stay in the same conversation as the new Thompson, Edition, et al.
