“A nice place to stay in a great location”
We were a little worried reading the reviews, but found this a nice little place to stay in a great location for Rome. The room was basic, but the prices reflect that. We were a little worried reading the reviews, but found this a nice little place to stay in a great location for Rome. The room was basic, but the prices reflect that. All was clean and comfortable, which are the two most important things for a hotel. Bathrooms are shared, but super clean. The location is near lovely restaurants and the best ice cream (Fatamorgana) which makes it an enjoyable holiday hotel. Very nexr Termini station and all the main attractions such as the Colosseum and Palatine Hill.

“Party hostel ”
SO this would have got a 5 star rating had the showers been in anyway a little nicer, with some hot water! Apart from that this was a stand out of my trip to Italy. Big group dinners, complimentary punch bowls, involving everyone! So much fun!! Would not recommend staying here if you want to slee… lisää

We were taking by staff to a few squares and the Trevi fountain at night!! Such a great experience!

“Absolutely amazing hostel!”
I stayed at this hostel last summer and I was pleasantly surprised. I had never stayed at a youth hostel before but everyone was so nice and it was an amazing experience! It's located in the middle of the historic area so if you're just wandering around you can't avoid seeing some historical monume… lisää
I stayed at this hostel last summer and I was pleasantly surprised. I had never stayed at a youth hostel before but everyone was so nice and it was an amazing experience! It's located in the middle of the historic area so if you're just wandering around you can't avoid seeing some historical monument. The Colosseum for instance is only about a 5-10 min walk away. The staff made drinks and pasta in turn for all of the guests every other night and then took everyone out somewhere at night. The dorms were pretty big but noise wasn't really a problem since everyone who wanted to go out had to leave at midnight. They had a €2 breakfast which was ok and it was fairly clean. However, the bathrooms could get a bit dirty since there were only three (if I remember correctly) for everyone to share. This wasn't a very big issue though and compared to hostels I've stayed at afterwards (including my 5 months backpacking in South East Asia) they were more than acceptable. I honestly don't get how this hostels has gotten so many bad reviews. It's one of the best and most social hostels I've ever stayed at! I'd definitely recommend it and I'll definitely stay there next time I'm going to Rome.

“Hostel near colloseum but can be better ”
Stayed here for 4 nights with a group of 12 friends. It Was very near the colloseum and subway station. There is a common area with computers etc, and a kitchen area for food. We stayed in a girls room, boys room and mixed rooms. Was nice and cheap. However, the place was not as nice as expected.… lisää

We stayed in a girls room, boys room and mixed rooms. Was nice and cheap. However, the place was not as nice as expected... Was quite dirty, especially in the shared bathrooms. The beds were okay, however it was small, and had a few stray human hairs from the previous guest. If looking for a budget accommodation, this is a good budget hostel, however the facilities may not be so clean. It is also a place where the staff organise parties and pub crawls, so if looking for a more quiet hostel, find other places.
