I stayed here on my first ever solo trip and was so pleased to find such a lovely hotel. I was in the annexe building but this was only a short walk away from reception. My room was lovely (quite small but perfectly formed), it was decorated exquisitely. To my surprise, I had a lovely terrace straight off the back of my room! Was perfect for enjoying a glass of wine after walking all over Rome 😊 Location was excellent - as I was alone I didn’t want to be too far from my hotel in the evening, there was plenty of lovely bars/restaurants nearby. There was also a Carrefour nearby too. Reception staff were also lovely, my flight home on my last day wasn’t until 9pm. They were more than happy to look after my luggage and also charged my portable phone charger for me! I plan on returning to Rome in February next year and will definitely be booking Condotti Palace!

Very cute boutique hotel, friendly helpful staff and private car service to and from airport (for a fee) Clean and comfortable Stores and restaurants right outside the door. The friendliest and most accommodating Hotel staff I met in Rome! From the moment I booked this 3 night accommodation for my family, I knew we were up for a comfortable experience and very centrally located accommodation . The Hotel offers you an airport pick up and drop off service through their preferred suppliers so you know you will be using someone reputable. We are a family of 5 so the Mercedes 9 seater family van was perfectly comfortable and the driver was a lovely young lady who gave us a free guided tour of Rome from the airport to Condotti Palace. The fare was paid in Euro upon drop-off. The rooms were connecting so very convenient but at the same time private. The beds were comfortable and the ample spaced bathrooms were clean and products provided of excellent Italian quality! We were able to walk everywhere we planned as Condotti Palace is located so close to the Spanish Steps and to the luxurious Via Condotti, Via Borgognona & Via Frattina (for those of you who love your Italian and French brand names) and only 3 blocks away from Via Del Corso! We would definitely stay with the Condotti Palace group again and I would highly recommend this accommodation especially for families that require connecting rooms. Excellent location, near the restaurants, bars, nightlife and a walking distance to the Piazza di Spagna and fashion streets. Nice room with a view to the Via della Croce. Breakfast is at a restaurant out of the building but very close. You have to order your breakfast options and the service is not fast. In case you have an appointment better arrive earlier. We would like to thank Alessandra and Victor at the Reception Desk who chose the best room for us due to my wife’s foot injury.
