Kaikissa 3 huoneessa on ilmastointi ja niiden varusteluun kuuluu minibaari. Varusteluun kuuluu pillowtop-patjallinen sänky sänky, jossa on egyptinpuuvillaiset lakanat. Mukavuuksiin kuuluu satelliittikanavat sekä ilmainen langaton internetyhteys. Kylpyhuoneessa on ilmaiset hygieniatuotteet ja hiustenkuivaaja.

“oasis of calm”

We stayed here for three nights, was a great little place to stay. Small B&B in a large residential building. We arranged a time to meet Riccardo, who came and met us in the lobby before showing us in. The place is on the top floor and there is a really cool vintage lift to make life a bit easier. Our room was nice and big, with a table and chairs in it. The bathroom had everything we could need and the bed was very comfortable - nice and firm. The gem, of course, is the terrace - to have outside space in Rome on a budget is unheard of. The shared terrace was beautiful and peaceful, with a nice view over the local area and we very much enjoyed being able to sit and relax on there after a busy day of sightseeing. We were allowed to store things in the fridge within a shared kitchen, which we made use of to store water and keep our beers cold. Breakfast was at a cafe on the ground floor, which we liked as it felt like going out for breakfast. We had a coffee, a small toastie and pastry each which was plenty for us and the guy running the cafe was always very friendly. Riccardo was also very friendly and welcoming and always had time for a chat to check everything was OK. He also gave us really good advice on the best way to get to our departure airport (Ciampino). The location is fantastic - ten minutes from the Colosseum and five minutes from the Lateran Obelisk. To be able to see the Colosseum at dusk every evening was absolutely awesome. At the colosseum end of the road there are a few bars and restaurants which looked like they were mostly used by tourists (of course, because of where it was) but the food looked decent. We didn't eat at them because we already had places we wanted to go to. The place is easily accessed from Colosseo and Manzoni metro stations with a ten minute-ish walk from each. We'll be back in Rome at some point and will definitely be booking Flavius B&B again.

“Great location!”
The hotel is in a great location, only 5 minute walking distance from the Colosseum. The rooms are clean and specious and the breakfast is made when you wake up. Ricardo explains where most attractions are and how to get to them by bus/metro. Great place to stay if you're visiting Rome

“Comfortable, Safe and Secure”

A big part of travel is the feeling of being at home where you are safe and comfortable. Look no further than Flavius! It is in a great location in Rome being a 5 minute walk to the Colosseo and 2 minute walk to San Giovanni in the Lateran (which if you purchased an OMNIA ROMA card makes it easier for collection on a weekday or limited times on a saturday). Each visible from both ends of the street. On arrival Ricardo made us feel welcome, he was very accommodating for the first 3 days before his friend Helena (also very lovely person) took over for the final 2 days. They are there from 8 - 11 each morning to serve breakfast of pieces of toast with different flavoured jams and croissants, yoghurt and a jug of orange juice. Ricardo and Helena also make a good cappuccino. They make your bed, change towels, change bins and vacuum floors. We left our belongings and even valuables in our room (not even locked up) was a very safe place as there is a security door for the building downstairs and another key to open the door to the Hostel on the 4th level as well as another lock to unlock your room. 3 keys... 4th level (there is a lift) very safe and secure and Ricardo and Helena are very trustworthy. Ricardo will guide you through a map and will also make bookings if you want. If we were to stay in Rome again, will be staying here

We stayed here for 3 nights and were very happy with everything! Ricardo is very accomadating and helpful. The room was extremely clean, a good size and comfortable. The balcony terrace area was our favourite, we loved having breakfast outside everymorning and being about to relax there during the day. The breakfast was freash and tasty, crossiants and yogurt. I think the premises only has 2 or 3 rooms so it didnt feel like a hotel and mmore like home which was really nice and you get to know the other people staying. You have a key to apartment block and from door as there is no staff present except mornings. Location was great too, you can see the colosseum from the balcony. Its a bit of a walk into the main area;s but a beautiful one. Lots of resturants near by.

“A real taste of Rome”
We stayed here for 2 nights. Although we struggled to find this at first (our fault!) once we arrived we were made to feel very welcome by the owner. We stayed here for 2 nights. Although we struggled to find this at first (our fault!) once we arrived we were made to feel very welcome by the owner. If you want you experience Rome, rather than stay in a chain hotel I'd recommend this place. It's about a 10 minute walk up from the Colosseum and metro station. The bed and breakfast has 2 rooms I believe. Our room was small but had everything we needed as we were more interested in exploring Rome than staying inside! The bathroom was separate just across the hall. Breakfast was served on the roof terrace by the owners mother. She was lovely and friendly. Could not have been more accommodating! Really nice in the summer with some good views. Although the place is basic it is located within residential building which makes it feel like you are experiencing authentic Rome. Price was very good. Would recommend.
