“Clean Hotel, Polite and Accommodating Personnel”

I and my father spend five nights at this hotel and it was very accommodating. The room was medium size with two simple beds. The pillow was very thin and would not support our head well but the next day I asked for extra pillows and the staff helped me immediately and with professionalism. The shower is really small, if you are a bit overweight you will definitely have a problem. The washbasin is really huge and you can splash your face without worrying that you spill the water on the floor. The room was cleaned every day and we had fresh sheets and towels every day. We didn't book the room with breakfast but two days that my father wanted to eat breakfast he paid about 5 euros for it. The hotel is very near to two restaurants that offer primarily fish and seafood. The hotel is about 500 meters from the Torre Maura Metro station. It is the newest Metro line of Rome. It takes about 30 to 40 minutes to get to the center of Rome but you can stop in other metro stations and check out the city. We bought a weekly Metro pass card which was about 27 euros if memory serves. It is fairly cheap hotel and fairly close to the City center using the metro. I actually paid more because I booked the hotel a week before I arrive, I am sure if I booked it much earlier I will find it even cheaper. Our room was on the third floor and it was quiet which was something that we really appreciate after long walking in the city Also, have in mind that in Rome they have a City tax for hotels, so usually you have to pay extra money except for the hotel booking.

The room was good and was clean, though the air conditioning didn’t work and the shower was tiny. The location is not a pleasant one, so if you want to explore Rome itself don’t stay here as it’s very far out on the metro. Also if you’re looking for nice views don’t stay here either as it’s in a very industrial area. We stayed here for one night only because it was near Ciampino airport. Just as a note we asked the hotel about arranging a taxi for us and they said it would cost about €40. We instead arranged our own with an app called FreeNow and it only cost us €19 on the meter (and that was at 09.00 with traffic so at a quieter time of day would have been less). The hotel’s advertised airport shuttle was not available when we asked at reception.

We stayed there for a week. The hotel is clean, all rooms have balcony and hot water. The breakfast was really great. The blond woman from the stuff and the younger guy were very helpful. We stayed there for a week. The hotel is clean, all rooms have balcony and hot water. The breakfast was really great. The blond woman from the stuff and the younger guy were very helpful. The older man was not that helpful and a bit rude! The double bed was in fact 2 single beds so we couldn’t sleep at all at first night and then we demanded to have a different room with a real double bed. It’s away from the city center.
