Nice hotel, but in the wrong place. The city is dirty and covered in graffiti and my wife at times felt intimidated on the walk to and from the metro station of Bagnoli. Nice hotel, but in the wrong place. The city is dirty and covered in graffiti and my wife at times felt intimidated on the walk to and from the metro station of Bagnoli. The hotel, however, was a haven. We were booked for B&B for one week in July 2014. The hotel is nice with very helpful, polite staff whom, you feel at times, can't do enough for you. The room was clean and changed daily - big plus as the weather was hot! The only down with the hotel itself was that the pool was out of commission and my wife had asked me specifically to book a hotel with an outdoor pool, but that's life.

“A bit tired but ideal for 1 night”

Very friendly staff and check in . We stayed only 1 night as a stop over to our way to Puglia. Hotel pet friendly , imperative for us having 4 small dogs. Very friendly staff and check in . We stayed only 1 night as a stop over to our way to Puglia. Hotel pet friendly , imperative for us having 4 small dogs. We arrived rather late at 23.00 but no problem at all . Good size room with a balcony and very comfortable bed ! Breakfast until 10 and plenty enough to eat bit sweet and savoury ! We surely go back when passing through Napoli

“Functional but acceptable”

Nice enough hotel and friendly staff but it is located in a difficult to get to part of town if you don't use taxis. WiFi mostly in all of the hotel but can get weak the higher and further back you go in the hotel. We were well looked after for a conference and they kept us supplied with Italian … lisää

Nice enough hotel and friendly staff but it is located in a difficult to get to part of town if you don't use taxis. WiFi mostly in all of the hotel but can get weak the higher and further back you go in the hotel. We were well looked after for a conference and they kept us supplied with Italian treats and coffee. It did the job but I wouldn't use it again if I was taking my family there. Too far from trains and underground. It worked perfectly well for a small conference though.

“Average hotel nice rooms clean but not exciting”

I stayed in the hotel for one day and it was good for what I needed. There were some small issues - hot water were not hot enough and the restaurant - it was a sunday - had a very limited choice only one dish. Breakfasat was good and sufficient and the hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

“Very far from down town close to the oltremare exhibition”

Hotel is far from down town , area is not nice on a highway . Staff are friendly breakfast poor and rooms are ok Recommended for travellers going to the oltremare exhibition who is 10 minutes walking I did not pay as I was invited but I guess the price was very cheap
