“The Staff are the X Factor”
We had a fantastic 4N stay at the hotel. Room size was small but that is typical of Florence hotels. Special shoutout to Veronica and Antonella (hope I got the spelling right!) who took care of us whenever we dined at the hotel restaurant. We had a fantastic 4N stay at the hotel. Room size was small but that is typical of Florence hotels. Special shoutout to Veronica and Antonella (hope I got the spelling right!) who took care of us whenever we dined at the hotel restaurant. Antonella was very attentive to us for our breakfasts during our stay. Also, I would like to thank the doorman (i did not get his name but he wore a cap and was definitely the tallest doorman around with a very nice beard growing out) who was extremely helpful in giving us advice and directions on where to go. The staff made the stay very pleasant for us!

Hospitality is the name of the game. And this hotel has it all. From the moment you arrive, you are greeted by the bell staff and our guide guided to the front desk where the staff are equally pleasant and professional and with a smile. The rooms are nicely appointed, clean, and spacious with all the amenities one could ask for. The restaurant has magnificent options and choices. wines by the glass or the bottle are of the highest quality and the stemware is perfect. The Negroni options are fantastic. The restaurant staff is always available, but never overbearing. The room attendants I respectful of your time and your privacy, and the rooms are always prepared in a way that does not interfere with your daily activities. when we return to Florence, and we will, we will stay at Il Tornabuoni again. Our experience here was second to none. The ambience is perfect, quiet and no outside noise or disturbance can be heard.

The hotel exceeded my expectations at every turn. Prime location, amazing and accommodating staff, and beautiful spaces. What really stood out to me was the eagerness of the staff to help out during any situation. Florence is quite walkable, but if you need a taxi or a Uber they can come right up to the hotel and the staff can even get one for you. Would highly recommend if you want a hassle free experience during your stay in Florence.

“WONDERFUL STAY”
It is an exceptional hotel in an idyllic location. Every staff member encountered was helpful, positive, and polite. The room was spacious and immaculate with a very comfortable bed. Great closet! Beautiful architecture throughout. A wonderful stay.

Very nice, but far more pricey for what it is IMO. The property is conveniently located in the city, they do have an excellent staff, the very small bathroom amenities in the Jr Suite we stayed in for 4 nights for the price that we paid was not ideal nor was the internal staircase that provided ac… lisää
Very nice, but far more pricey for what it is IMO. The property is conveniently located in the city, they do have an excellent staff, the very small bathroom amenities in the Jr Suite we stayed in for 4 nights for the price that we paid was not ideal nor was the internal staircase that provided access to 2 rooms on the 3rd floor one of which we occupied as that was challenging due to physical limitations.
