“Excellent value and awesome location”
This rental is conveniently located close to the bus lines that easily take you to the town center, the train station or the airport. It was raining when I arrived so I took a cab for 10 euro. This rental is conveniently located close to the bus lines that easily take you to the town center, the train station or the airport. It was raining when I arrived so I took a cab for 10 euro. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the breakfast is a nice spread with a variety of breads and coffee, yogurt, juice and cheese. I did not mind the shared bathroom because there are two of them and I was the only one using the one at the end near the kitchen where my room was. Clara is a very kind lady and she loves to chat. Fortunately I could understand her because i speak spanish and I recognized many of her words. I think it is great that she felt so comfortable chatting with me. This rental is awesome for the price and the location is in a very nice neighborhood with very little noise. And the WIFI was excellent. I recommend this place as base for touring the rest of northern Italy.

“Friendly lady”
It was a decent stay, the room was big and the ride to Bologna really not a big deal. The old lady didn't speak English but it was clear she was really trying to help me anyway she could and worried about my well being there. I had to wait outside the building a bit, as when I got there, she wasn't… lisää
It was a decent stay, the room was big and the ride to Bologna really not a big deal. The old lady didn't speak English but it was clear she was really trying to help me anyway she could and worried about my well being there. I had to wait outside the building a bit, as when I got there, she wasn't home, so please note that you must have a bit of patience (after all, she is an elder). There is also a Lidl nearby, which you can go to by taking the bus or walking if you fancy a 25min-ish walk.

“A nice place in a quiet neighbourhood”
A very nice and homely place in a residential area. The room was spacious and clean, the shared bathroom was clean, too. Had some difficulty communicating with the hostess - she spoke no English.aaaaa

“Pakastin uuniin”
Kaksi ensimmäistä päivää ei ollut lämmitystä, ja kolmantena päivänä se oli kuin uuni, ja minun piti pitää ikkuna auki koko yön ja kylmä. Huoneistossa on kaksi kylpyhuonetta, yksi huoneen vieressä ja kuulet jokaisen käyttäjän tekemän äänen. Se oli vain kuuma vesi yhden päivän ajan. Toinen, joudut od… lisää
Kaksi ensimmäistä päivää ei ollut lämmitystä, ja kolmantena päivänä se oli kuin uuni, ja minun piti pitää ikkuna auki koko yön ja kylmä. Huoneistossa on kaksi kylpyhuonetta, yksi huoneen vieressä ja kuulet jokaisen käyttäjän tekemän äänen. Se oli vain kuuma vesi yhden päivän ajan. Toinen, joudut odottamaan ikää päästäkseen sisään, kun ihmiset käyttivät sitä pukuhuoneena, Nainen oli erittäin mukava, mutta hän kamppailee selviytymään, ja ongelma lämmityksessä oli, koska hän kamppaili säätöä. 4 avainta pääsi portista huoneeseen. Ongelmana oli, että niitä ei ole merkitty ja yöllä kesti ikäisiä löytää oikea jokainen oven pimeässä Be & be on 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä bussipysäkiltä ja 30 minuutin bussimatkan päässä kaupungista. Lupaama kaksoissänkyni oli yksi ja jääkaappi puuttui pullotetun veden kanssa. TV-kaukosäädin voi vain kytkeä sen päälle ja pois päältä. En pidä huoneen vastinetta rahalle. Nainen oli kamppaillut nousemaan ylös portaiden 2 portaisiin ja joutui lepäämään joka 2. vaiheessa. Hän puhui minulle koko ajan, vaikka en ymmärrä sanaa, jonka hän sanoi.
