“Outstanding”
Outstanding - rating is well deserved. Accommodation was very comfortable, staff great, food very good and location all get a 10+. Will definitely return as perfect location for walking and the Kielder Observatory. Set in wonderful area with fantastic views.

“Never disappoints”
Third time we've been to the Pheasant Inn. It never disappoints. Such a lovely, clean Inn. Food is excellent, and breakfast is awesome. Staff are friendly and fun. If I could I visit every month I would, as love the area and the inn. Very convenient location for Keilder, and a nice circular walk to… lisää

“Wonderful, lots of attention to detail. ”
Wonderful stay at The Pheasant Inn. We stayed for 1 night to visit the Observatory, I mentioned this to the lady who checked us in and she booked us in for our evening meal earlier so that we would have enough time to enjoy our meal and get there on time. “Excellent local food. Beautiful traditional inn.”
The weather wasn’t great (as to be expected in November) but The Pheasant Inn was. Beautiful traditional looking inn with a relaxed atmosphere. Staff all friendly and helpful. “Great inn great sleep and superb food”
Well what a lovely inn our room was so comfortable and very clean. Also excellent night sleep and so quite and being in dark sky area it is in a perfect location to visit Kielder lake and amenities plus the observatory.
