“Brilliant Hotel”

Loved the hotel nothing was too much trouble for the staff excellent service, the breakfast we had was really good .would recommend to anyone and will be returning soon .rooms were cleaned every day and it was a bonus having tea and coffee facilities

We have stayed here several times over the last few years and would recommend to others. The best place to stay for a city centre break in Plymouth. The staff are generally friendly and the hotel is clean and in good order. There is a gym & swimming pool which are also kept clean and a Marco Pierre Steak House on the top floor which is well worth a visit, see our previous review. Overall a safe bet for a short stay.

“outstanding food and service”

I found the Accessible rooms to be very small and not the best especially for a wheelchair user. Another thing i found rather odd is that the hotel only has two accessible rooms and both of them interconnect into each other which is strange especially if one requires a carers room. I found the Accessible rooms to be very small and not the best especially for a wheelchair user. Another thing i found rather odd is that the hotel only has two accessible rooms and both of them interconnect into each other which is strange especially if one requires a carers room. The breakfast is very nice and the evening meal in the restaurant was marvellous it was very tasty. I did find the hotel itself was very cold a d heating in the common areas seemed non existent.
