“Excellent first time stay at Premier Inn Nelson Hotel”
Excellent Service. We really ejoyed first time experience at this hotel and thanks to hotel waiter named Groover in the restraunt who made our 2 night stay a pleasureable couple of nights. “Great choice for exploring Norwich”
We wanted to explore Norwich and this PI is nicely located. You have to pay for parking which is a bit of a pain but I guess expected in a city location. “Excellent value for money”
Great location, close to town and railway station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent service in the bar and restaurant. Very good onsite parking. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

“Bed was so comfy”
Wow! We had an amazing stay whilst visiting family! The room was great with a large bathroom. The bed was the best part, it was so big and comfy and slept so well! Tv, tea and coffee facilities. “Excellent Hotel”
Always stay here when visiting Norwich. Great hotel. Only negative I arrived at 2.10 pm and room was ready but I was still charged additional £10 no common sense or discretion. Could understand if asking for the room at 11am. Apart from that great stay.
