Overall a lovely stay. Staff are really welcoming, warm, friendly and helpful. Mandy in the restaurant kitchen is amazing! Working alone, she produced tasty, hot, good quality food to order quickly for a reasonable price - she's an asset to Premier Inn Luton! Lovely nights sleep in a spotlessly clean bed. Only downside was the bathroom was a bit tatty and could have done with better cleaning as pubic hairs on the outside of the shower cubicle (yuk) and the toilet was limescale stained. Shower was disappointing - shower head fixed near the ceiling and the water pressure is low so took a long time to have a proper shower, but not the end of the world. Overall a lovely stay and would be more than happy to return.

“Beware the car park.”

Our experience of the staff was excellent and the room was comfortable and quiet. However, we had the worst experience with the NCP car park next door. We'd parked the car and hadn't noticed the signs saying it closed at 10pm, and at the time, there was certainly nothing on Premier Inn website ab… lisää

Our experience of the staff was excellent and the room was comfortable and quiet. However, we had the worst experience with the NCP car park next door. We'd parked the car and hadn't noticed the signs saying it closed at 10pm, and at the time, there was certainly nothing on Premier Inn website about restrictions other than the height restrictions. We came to get the car at 330am and discovered the car park locked. There is a release number on the front, which we immediately called in a panic, but they wouldn't send anyone to release the car. I explained that we would miss our flight, it was our first holiday for 2 years and that for ease, we had left our cases in the car so we couldn't even just head to the airport and abandon the car. We headed back into Premier Inn and Meron was fantastic trying to help us out but he couldn't rouse anyone in the car park (apparently they are supposed to have security in there overnight). He allowed us to go back to our room and figure out a plan and sorted breakfast for us in the morning. So, staff great, but beware the car park. It cost us another £400 for new flights but we got on holiday in the end. (And no, holiday insurance wouldn't cover it.)
