“Beyond what I expected”
Maia is a breath of fresh air. She seems genuinely engaged and interested, and delivers above the level of service I've experienced elsewhere. Other members of staff were also very polite and welcoming. So refreshing to see and experience.

“Unexpectedly good”
Unexpected was Maria at the dining room who was always very welcoming and with a great smile and attitude. The room and bed were what I do expect from Hilton. Loved the instant hot water in the shower. The bathroom mirror light was a bit dim though.

“Excellent service!”
I had a five night stay in the hotel and I enjoyed the wonderful service by the staff involved. The reception, the F&B and the housekeeping staff were excellent and provided really good service. Would highly recommended this hotel to anyone looking for a stay in Luton.

“Best staff”
Spent last night here before flight today. Meal last night good and breakfast excellent. Excellent location and staff are the friendliest ever! Rooms clean and comfortable would definitely stay again and highly recommend, could not fault a thing.

“60th Wedding Anniversary celebration”
Maria was extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. She was very friendly and a real pleasure to deal with. Thank you very much. The whole family had a lovely time.
