We have been having our Church Christmas lunch at Leasowe (60 of us) for the last few years and we did the same this year and as usual we weren't disappointed. A wonderful venue with lovely staff. Lauren (sales manager) is AMAZING at her job, capable, accommodating, eager to please and do everything in her power to help make your day special. ♥️ She gave us a brilliant price for a wonderful 4 course meal with tea/coffee/crackers included. We wouldn't of got that type of deal anywhere else at Christmas in such a lovely venue. Also lovely Dale. In fact all the staff are great. Whatever we wanted was done. Big thank you to you all. I thoroughly recommend Leasowe Castle for your special events. Hopefully see you all next year guys 🙏

“Magical Wedding Day at Leasowe Castle”

Had the most magical wedding day with family and friends at Leasowe Castle. The whole wedding planning process with Lauren and her team was amazing from start to finish. This had been planned to perfection over 18 months and the day couldn't have been better. Lauren and her team (special shout out to Dale also) couldn't do enough for us and the day was magical, ran so smoothly from start to finish. Decor and food was absolutely amazing, didn't have to worry about a thing. All of our guests had such a fabulous day and I would happily recommend. Turret suite and The Keep were gorgeous rooms and even better to have the weather to sit/have pictures outside. Created some gorgeous memories that will stay with us forever. The honeymoon suite was also gorgeous and provided with a celebratory dessert board in the room. There were a few things that did let the team down slightly which could do with improvement, unfortunately. The breakfast the morning after was really slow as there was only 1 member of staff running this, clearing tables, serving and seating customers, so it was a painful wait for a table and food with some of our family, which was rather uncomfortable and embarrassing. I also received incorrect order, but because we'd already waited so long I didn't want to complain. Also, towards the end of the wedding night (we had the room til 1am) it felt as though we were being made to empty the room as the team started clearing tables whilst there were still a number of guests in the room trying to enjoy the party and bar still open. There was a staff member also stood at the bar staring myself and my family out to try and get us to leave, even though we had paid a lot of money for this, so much so for the DJ to even make a comment 'does he know something I don't'. We stayed because I made a point that we had paid a lot of money for this, however it was quite uncomfortable and a bit unnecessary. But all in all, it didn't ruin our day and for us it was perfect.

“Delightful little stay in an exceptional Hotel”
Lovely last minute stay at Leasowe Castle Hotel! We arrived fairly late into the evening and the receptionist Dale was friendly, professional and so helpful. The kitchen had already closed so he was happy to help with a local restaurant recommendation. The room was large, bed comfy and clean. Great breakfast the next day both continental options and a cooked breakfast to order. Very pleasant stay and would happily return. Dale you’re a superstar!

“Beautiful Christmas Afternoon Tea”
We have been coming here the past few years for a 'staff' afternoon tea. This year has been its best! The sandwiches were fresh and the scones absolutley delicious! We had an extra guest turrn up and they managed to provide a few extra sandwichs and a scone! The cakes were beautiful too and those that were left we all took home! Only concern was the heating wasnt working but we were provided with heaters! We were in the Star Chamber which is beautiful and was all Christmassy! Thanks Lauren and team, we can see how hard you are working. This is such a beautiful Castle, just needs a bit more TLC but we will be back!
