VERY GOOD HOTEL. STAFF ARE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. THE ROOMS ARE VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. FOOD IS EXCELLENT ESPECIALLY THE BREAKFAST. WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. I STAYED ALLDAY TOPLAY WITH THE SOUTH WEST SHADOWS CLUB. VERY GOOD FOR THE MONEY. MANY THANKS MR MRS A HABENS

“Great overnight find .”

What a lovely little find. Super clean , everywhere. Standard rooms overlook car park & next time we'd upgrade to the room on the outer side. Didn't appreciate people arriving at 2am & a car alarm going off! Breakfast was cooked fresh , usual fruit , cereal toast etc . Will definitely retun.

We stayed here for a Saturday night. We'd booked a large double room but it really wasn't that generous compared to lots of other places we have stayed. We stayed here for a Saturday night. We'd booked a large double room but it really wasn't that generous compared to lots of other places we have stayed. The hotel has a strange layout and is a separate blocks of adjoining terraced rooms. You can hear EVERYTHING in adjacent rooms which means if your neighbours get up for a shower at 6:30am on a Sunday, so do you! Facilities were basic and the whole place looks like it could use a face-lift as paint work is a bit tired. The restaurant wasn't the cleanest with cobwebs around the windows and water-marked bowls on tables etc. Breakfast was truly awful, so we definitely wouldn't recommend that. There's a basic set menu and yet despite this, our food still took over 30mins to arrive. The mushrooms were cold and you could of smashed a window with the over-cooked hashbrown! This hotel is fairly conveniently located though and parking was plentiful.

“More Like A Motel”

This was my first visit here after being recommended by work colleagues. The hotel has a strange set out with rooms in different blocks, more like a motel. This was my first visit here after being recommended by work colleagues. The hotel has a strange set out with rooms in different blocks, more like a motel. Unfortunately my room(room 3) had a lot of noise from the adjoining rooms which kept me awake during the night. The food in the restaurant was excellent, no complaints with friendly staff behind the bar. Plenty of parking which seemed secure. Good location right beside the bypass on the way down to Cornwall.
