I absolutely LOVED my stay at the Westbury Mayfair!! It is a lovely hotel and the staff was excellent--from the front desk to housekeeping! It is in a wonderful area, with a ton of nice restaurants and shopping all around. I walked to almost everything. The front desk personnel are very professional and happy to accommodate anything. The room was very nice, spacious, and very clean. Their Covid procedures were very safe, as well. The room was quiet, too. And they have a nice restaurant/bar on site. Everything was so great that I ended up extending my stay 12 additional nights. Ha. I highly recommend it!

“Traditional hotel ”

Lovely hotel centrally located in London. Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, very traditional rooms and service. Breakfast lovely service. Short walk to the ritz and green park. Beautiful hotel. Lovely staff.

“Will be Returning!”

Lovely hotel, amazing location! Customer Service second to none! The best soup i have ever tasted in my life- yellow Beetroot! The piano player in the bar was funny, very personable and even sang the Spice Girls for me haha. Great place, you will be missing out if you do not stay once!

I am a frequent visitor to London and I usually stay on Park Lane in various hotels. I decided to try the Westbury on a recent trip and I really loved it. First of all the location can't be beat! Two steps away from Old Bond Street, Regent Street and Picadilly - just fantastic! Aside from that it is a classical British atmosphere that I really enjoyed. I took advantage of the lobby bar to hold several business meetings and it was just perfect. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I had a bit of a strange room, which was fantastic. It looked to the inside courtyard, but was a triangular room, which made it very roomy. The room was elegant and very comfortable as was the bathroom. (Unfortunately, there is not separate shower, which is in the bathtub.) Internet was very good. Breakfast was a bit different, which I liked, There is a buffet for fruit, breads, salamis, etc, and then you ordered your main course (eggs etc.) from a menu - all at the same price or in the cost of the room if you take your room with breakfast. I think this is a very good formula. Perfect! My only complaint, and this is an Italian thing, was that the coffee was the old-fashioned English coffee which for me, as well as my colleagues who were there from several other countries, was absolutely awful, and I had to have tea for breakfast. All in all this is a fantastic hotel. I've already recommended it to family and I will definitely stay there in the future.
