“Great stay”

“Great base for business trup”
Good size room, clean and all the required facilities. Lobby provided a good area to work comfortably and meet with colleagues. Free continental breakfast was fresh and a great way to start the day. Would recommend to colleagues looking to stay in London for business.

“Sounder stay in London visit”
Very friendly and helpful young man on reception on arrival pointing out local restaurant's and amenities. Nice big room comfy bed . The shower in the bath could do with a slipmat as it is very slippy coming out the bath (and an accident waiting to happen) the bins in the room had no bin liners in … lisää
Very friendly and helpful young man on reception on arrival pointing out local restaurant's and amenities. Nice big room comfy bed . The shower in the bath could do with a slipmat as it is very slippy coming out the bath (and an accident waiting to happen) the bins in the room had no bin liners in them we had to buy some bin liners so we could empty the bin (it's an extra charge if you want the bins emptied) The hotel is in a great location near to the tube station and shops in Chelsea .

“Not a 4 star hotel”
Not a 4 star hotel in my opinion!! I dont know what to make of it, there wasnt always someone on reception, which to us didnt feel welcoming or safe. The corridors are grubby. Our room was lovely and also big but curtains were torn or didnt close.

The rating of 4 does not correspond to what you receive. I am sorry but I can not understand this. Double rooms with 16m2 to 25m2 at a rate of 400eur for a night with a breakfast where you ask for an egg and the answer is no and no ham and no bacon with no fresh bread is ridiculous! Room service is not included and you have to pay extra, at all a very disappointing expierience.
