Not our first visit to the hotel and hopefully not our last. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel at home by the reception staff. Our room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. There were tea and coffee sachets provided and it would have been nice if a coffee machine and capsules had been provided but it wasn’t that important and didn’t spoil our stay. We ate dinner in the restaurant and the food and service was excellent. Thank you Dennis. We slept very well and enjoyed a good breakfast on the following morning. Plenty of choices available. Well done Richmond Hill. We look forward to visiting you again and again.

Fantastic hotel in fantastic location - we love it here! Fantastic hotel in fantastic location - we love it here! Staff are brilliant, so helpful and welcoming - it’s so nice just walking in, the smell, the feel… the bar is lovely, casual lounge to enjoy a drink and in winter, sit by the open fire.. food is excellent here breakfast is amazing (the choice is 😍) and dinner, the food and service are lovely. Huge highlight goes to Jea Nidea, thank you for the lovely hand written card in our upgraded room, noticing our “monthsary” since having our wedding afternoon at the hotel (which was amazing) thanks also for the couple of additionals you provided for us - so very much appreciated! Cannot recommend highly enough and will be back very soon Jea!

“Seamless Flying Visit”

Booked two cosy Georgian rooms for one night, a single and a double for a quick trip to London for our daughter’s 21st. Warm welcome on arrival around 11am. Inclusive parking sorted out seamlessly. Booked two cosy Georgian rooms for one night, a single and a double for a quick trip to London for our daughter’s 21st. Warm welcome on arrival around 11am. Inclusive parking sorted out seamlessly. Offered one room immediately but was not required as we had plans in the city and had to leave straight away. Returned around 5pm to another smiling welcome. Daughter’s single room upgraded to a double much to our delight & thoughtfully located opposite our own. Compact, lovely, quiet rooms with penhaligon toiletries, tea, coffee and bottled water. We all slept like babies both on and under what felt like a cloud. Exceptional hot and cold breakfast choice in fabulous surroundings. Discreet, friendly service. Cheery checkout wrapped up a much better than expected one night trip. Have booked to return in August for 3 nights.

“Excellent!”

The Richmond Hill Hotel has been a great experience. From the front desk staff to the bar staff, everyone has been very professional and courteous. An appetizer, provided by the bar staff, Mena, was delicious. We will definitely be staying here again!
