The atmosphere of the hotel is chic and vibrant, blending modern luxury with a welcoming warmth that made us feel special. The room was impeccably clean, stylishly designed, and offered every comfort we could have wished for. The staff were exceptional. The reception team greeted us with warm smiles and efficient service, ensuring that check-in and any inquiries we had were handled with care and professionalism. A special thanks to the General Manager, Ruben, for creating such a fantastic experience for guests. Dining at the hotel was a highlight of our trip. The chef, Costa, prepared dishes that were not only delicious but beautifully presented. Each bite was a delight, and we especially appreciated the care taken with dietary preferences. Overall, NYX Hotel London Holborn offers a perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and hospitality. Whether you’re staying for business or pleasure, this is a hotel that truly goes above and beyond. “Great Hotel upgrade and location”

Having stayed at this location many years ago, this is a fantastic upgrade. Only wrinkle was breakfast, however the rest of the team made up for the one rude member of staff. Having stayed at this location many years ago, this is a fantastic upgrade. Only wrinkle was breakfast, however the rest of the team made up for the one rude member of staff. Reception were great, we missed some surprise birthday cupcakes mistaking a knock on the door to be housekeeping. The hotel pool and sauna where the main reason for choosing this hotel and it did not disappoint. Overall a lovely stay and great location for Covent Garden, Leicester Square, Oxford Street. Next time we are looking forward to trying out the rooftop bar

The hotel is a little quirky but with friendly staff and average size rooms - nicely appointed. The bathrooms are small but workable as long as only one person is in there at a time. For what you get it is expensive but unless you stay in a premier inn or the like, unfortunately you have to pay these prices in London now and this hotel was very clean with a good reception and with helpful staff along with a concierge.
