“Fully Recommend”
The room was small and a bit weird abt the floor, it was a quiet slant, but it didn't affect us. The bus stop to Victoria station was literally across the street, a few min walk then there were plenty of restaurants and café and all staff was friendly and helpful. The bus stop to Victoria station was literally across the street, a few min walk then there were plenty of restaurants and café and all staff was friendly and helpful. We are a family from Hong Kong, China and did stay at Huttons Hotel at end Sept. 2024. During our stay, your staff, Ms. Albina did give her helpful hands to help us solving lots of issues and problems. With her exceptional, helpful hands, we did not worry about the hotel operations and your hospitality matters. We think Albina did offer her caring heart to take care customers and thus make everyone like her work and contribution, and thus the overall service and image of the Huttons Hotel. We do appreciate Albina's exceptional and far above average service and it turns out to be one of our unforgettable things happened in London during our stay. I think Ms.Albina is one of the greatest assets Hutton Hotel has and the management of the hotel should give her a big credit to Albina to award her good performance in taking care customers' need and concerns.

“Would stay here again ”
This is such a nice hotel in a convenient location. The person who greeted us (I didn't get his name) was friendly, polite and helpful. The room was spacious, had a wardrobe, and a kettle with tea and coffee provided. Even had a window that we could open because nothing beats fresh air. The TV wor… lisää
This is such a nice hotel in a convenient location. The person who greeted us (I didn't get his name) was friendly, polite and helpful. The room was spacious, had a wardrobe, and a kettle with tea and coffee provided. Even had a window that we could open because nothing beats fresh air. The TV works if you choose the free channel. The bathroom was clean and enough towels were provided. The breakfast was great but on one of the days we had to go back to our room and wait because it was full with no place to sit. I think a time-slot setup would work, and this way, they can keep track of the room numbers coming in. Or just go as late as possible to avoid crowds. The only issue is hearing other guests come to their rooms late at night, making a noise (not hotel fault). And the house keepers slamming the door between the rooms and lifts whilst they go back and forth cleaning in the morning unaware that people may still be sleeping. Our stay was great and I would definitely come back to stay at this hotel again. It was a pleasant stay.
