The resort has the immigration facility in its property. So if you are going to stay in this resort with elderly it will be very convenient to them and you. The resort has its own clean and beautiful beach. The resort is huge and provide indoor amenities and leisure stuff like table tennis. Darts, paintings etc. Hotel has facilities like massage by the beach, in room massage. Food options is quite good. However, breakfast had limited continental options and was mostly Asian menu. Rooms can be better maintained.

We visited in March 2020 amidst the Covid 19 outbreak The resort was extremely quiet as a result, the restaurants were therefore closed except The main Fiesta restaurant, however you could choose from the menus of the other restaurants We dined on the patio to make this a more special dining experience rather than in the large brightly lit restaurant We were very disappointed not to be able to visit the Japanese teppanyaki restaurant and the manager kindly opened it for us one evening. We had a ocean view room and it was a nice size good air con and clean and comfortable Due to covid 19 situation the whole resort was quiet we felt as though we had our own private pool it was a very relaxing break and we enjoyed the tranquility. I just hope that these resorts can keep going with so view guests and the situation improves soon.

“Beautiful beaches and swimm pools but”

After clearing the immigration, we were escorted to the resort bus. The A/C was not cold, and we had to wait almost an hour for the rest of the guests to board. After clearing the immigration, we were escorted to the resort bus. The A/C was not cold, and we had to wait almost an hour for the rest of the guests to board. It was lunch time, and we were hungry so the waiting was a torture. Upon arrival, the room wasn't ready, so we headed to fiesta to get lunch. The foods tasted good but pricey. The breakfast was ok. The room wasn't that clean especially the 'mattress and bolsters' on the platform at the corner. It was stained and we didn't dare touching it. The room wi-fi was bad, it kept failing to get an IP. Should have a dedicated wi-fi for guests instead of opening to everyone. Rusty water came out from the tap the first time we turned on. Had to let it run till it cleared. And there was no bidet spray! This place really need sprucing up. And we asked for sea facing room but got one with the view blocked by a ferry terminal building. There was free shuttle bus to and back from Lagoi Plaza, and we had our meals there as it were cheaper. The driver though wasn't friendly, grumpy and he occasionally check his phone while driving. We don't feel comfortable so we skipped dinner at Lagoi the following evening. Even the bus back to the terminal was bad. They must fix the A/C. It's super hot in Bintan. The staffs were fine and attentive to our needs. The beach was beautiful and we got to see the sunrise. And the gym was worth going.
