“Unsatisfied Accor member and Royal guest”
I am an Accor Platinum member and had booked and prepaid the 3 bedroom villa (for the second time) for June 2020. I am an Accor Platinum member and had booked and prepaid the 3 bedroom villa (for the second time) for June 2020. Obviously was unable to travel that year and the next and the hotel assured me they would hold the credit with no expiry date. Have been trying to contact them and Accor for months to find out what they intend to do with my booking and the $6,400 of my money. No-one is replying to any of my emails or calls. To say I am disappointed is a MAJOR understatement. This was my all time favourite hotel in Bali and have stayed here many times. I feel let down by the hotel and Accor

“Extremely Disappointed”
Booked through Accor & paid for 9 nights for 2020 . Never happened due to Covid Rebooked for 2021 as they would not give a refund . Until we booked flights for August 2022 then tried to book the hotel no contact was available. Contacted Booking office at Accor several times Even asking for Accommodation at another one of their many hotels advertised. They were no help whatsoever, not interested.
