“stunning sunrise”
Staying at this hotel was an absolutely wonderful experience. The best part of my stay was being able to watch the stunning sunrise right from my room. Staying at this hotel was an absolutely wonderful experience. The best part of my stay was being able to watch the stunning sunrise right from my room. It was truly breathtaking and made my mornings so special. Beyond that, everything else exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help, ensuring a comfortable stay. I would definitely love to stay here again on my next trip to Bali. Highly recommended!

Food was amazing in both restaurants, we don’t usually return to the same hotel as we like to experience different places but I would definitely be back to the Bali Beach hotel.

“Must try and will see how good it is”
Well maintained, rooms are clean & tidy. Service at resto was perfect. Staff was attentive and friendly, always on hand to attend. Definitely a must try for visitors to Bali. Beach bar perfect for drinks and watch the sunset. We had meetings at the Convention Centre - it was fantastic.

We stayed at Bali beach hotel heritage collection Sanur. It was so impressive to arrive to this resort. The entrance is WOW. Walking to the lobby is so luxurious. The marble floors and water fountains so elegant. . It was the best location in Bali. Very quiet peaceful beautiful beaches and very relaxing. There are beach shops close by and a shopping centre 15 minute walk with lots of restaurants. It was so easy to get Grab taxi to go to the west coast or other sightseeing. The hotel had the best service. The staff were amazing. Breakfast and dinner were beautifully presented and tasted great. The bedrooms had the best view. The beds and sheets so luxurious. The service to the rooms were professional and anything extra needed was fulfilled. The staff so accommodating and ready to go out of their way to assist with any needs. Even though it rained for our last 5 days, It was so relaxing sitting at the restaurant or our balcony and just looking out to the ocean or pool or garden. Also we had massages at the hotel and that was so relaxing with beautiful rooms. The restaurant at the hotel Arunika was so enjoyable and so well run. We had ARI the team leader at the hotel restaurant Arunika every evening ensure that all our Needs were met. He looked after us so well and made sure that the staff did as well. All The staff at the hotel were amazing.

“Beautiful hotel in quieter end of Sanur!”
It’s a beautiful hotel in the quieter end of Sanur which we liked. The staff were all helpful and always willing to help with a smile. Semara we met on day one and he was always in touch with us offering lounge pass access and a late check out which was appreciated as we had a late flight home. Bre… lisää
It’s a beautiful hotel in the quieter end of Sanur which we liked. The staff were all helpful and always willing to help with a smile. Semara we met on day one and he was always in touch with us offering lounge pass access and a late check out which was appreciated as we had a late flight home. Breakfast was amazing! The only reason I gave 4 star was that the service around the pool was very slow. The staff were lovely & apologetic, but waiting 40 minutes for a drink was just a bit long to wait.
