“Love the hotel”
Amazing hotel, friendly and very helpful staff. We had a garden room and it’s was so lovely and a comfy bed. Very clean and tidy Definitely will be back to the hotel. What a nice area, close enough but fine to be walking distance out of the centre

“Amazing!”
What an amazing place! Rooms were clean, warm, spotless, modern . Perfect location and the staff were welcoming and so friendly. I will definitely stay again!.......................... Highly recommended........................

“Great hotel!”
Fantastic hotel, perfect room size. Amenities were on point, so were staff very lovely and welcoming. We loved the shower! And that we could leave our bags when exploring the city before and after checkin. Overall highly recommend and we hope to be back one day. Thank you for having us.

“Our home in Amsterdam”
This visit was at least the 4th or 5th time my husband and I have stayed at Huygens Place. The staff, the location, the room comfort and cleanliness all keep us coming back to our "home" in Amsterdam. It's easy to reach from the airport on the 397 bus, then walk barely 5 minutes from the Leidseple… lisää
This visit was at least the 4th or 5th time my husband and I have stayed at Huygens Place. The staff, the location, the room comfort and cleanliness all keep us coming back to our "home" in Amsterdam. It's easy to reach from the airport on the 397 bus, then walk barely 5 minutes from the Leidseplein stop. Restaurants, cafes, museums, Vondelpark, shopping, canals and more are just steps away. We love being so close to real Amsterdam neighborhoods while also having easy access to Amsterdam sights. Jolette, Samo, Esther, Gio, Toby, Yaritza, Rosa, Alondra and probably others I'm forgetting welcome us like family and have helped us with a variety of needs and tips. Thanks, Huygens.

“Great Location, Decent option”
Pros: Great Location Friendly staff Cons: Not really disabled friendly Corridors smelt quite strongly of Damp Mold on shower fawcet Expensive (was attending a conference however). Pros: Great Location Friendly staff Cons: Not really disabled friendly Corridors smelt quite strongly of Damp Mold on shower fawcet Expensive (was attending a conference however). No great internal food options Overall, it was a decent experience, however at over £300/ night (+ flights), it wasnt cheap (in fact, it costs less to go to the middle east for holiday at a 5 star hotel). It worked out convenient for me when I stayed there, however thats because I am able to travel independently. Reality is, the facilites arent up for scratch for people with disabilities, and it feels like a dated hotel despite friendly, hospitable staff. Personally, Id recommend staying at the marriot if you can afford it as it is close by.
