Had a wonderful stay at the Eden hotel. We stayed for a total of two nights and they didn’t disappoint. The front of the hotel doesn’t do it justice. The inside is so clean and decorated perfectly. The staff are so friendly and helpful too. When we arrived we were told to self check in which was so easy, so quick & hassle free. We did have to pay city tax which came to a total of €39. Once we checked in the staff explained how to get to the room. The hotel was split into three sections: A,B & C. Each section had 5 floors. We were situated on the 4th floor and had a small double room. The room is quite small but very cosy and well decorated and equipped with everything you would need. They provided us with two bottles of water, two chocolate bars, coffee pods for the coffee machine, tea bags, sugars, sweeteners , milk and a kettle. We also had shampoo and body wash in the bathroom. The room was very clean as well as the bathroom. The hotel also had a pool table and air hockey for guests to use. These were really fun and could be used up until 11:00pm. The hotel also had a bar and restaurant. We used the bar which offered a wide range of drinks and cocktails at reasonable prices. We unfortunately didn’t eat at the restaurant so we are unable to comment on that. The hotel also had a self service pizza and toastie section which we didn’t use but saw many guests use and the food looked good. The location of the hotel is perfect and is near so many things. It’s also situated 15 minute walk from the literal centre of Amsterdam. It has so many restaurants, bars, cafes & coffee shops situated round it. Few downfalls: Stains on hallway carpets and very thin walls. Other than that we had a perfect stay.

“Top notch hotel”

Top notch and already can’t wait to come back. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a great location so close to everything you may need. Pool table and air hockey table in the lobby was just want we didn’t to relax after being out and about all day

“Lovely location/ view however no Elevator if you stay in apartments not suitable for big suitcases”

Lovely location lovely view , however do not recommend staying in the apartments on third floor if you have a big suitcase, Super dangerous narrow stairs . No elevator. Toilet has a massive sewer smell . Right around the corner of Rembrandt plein with plenty of restaurants 20 mins walk to the… lisää

Toilet has a massive sewer smell . Right around the corner of Rembrandt plein with plenty of restaurants 20 mins walk to the palace and Dam square .

“Nice and good experience except breakfast.”

Eden Hotel is very nice place, comfortable with good location, staff is very cooperative and friendly, but no need to include breakfast in the booking because at the time of checkout hotel charge some extra amount in account of breakfast this a little problem, otherwise all is good and nice.
