“memorable stay”
I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, in a quieter part of the canal district. As All Accor platinum member I was upgraded to a beautiful premium corner room with high ceiling and large windows. I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, in a quieter part of the canal district. As All Accor platinum member I was upgraded to a beautiful premium corner room with high ceiling and large windows. The staff (especially Mariusz at the lobby bar) was were very attentive and helpful. The breakfast had wide variety of dishes and drinks including freshly squeezed orange juice. I highly recommend this hotel to business and leisure travellers.

“Best Mercure ever!”
We have been in quite a few Mercure hotels.... Yet given it's location, it's stylish interior, the wonderful and friendly service and great breakfast, this hotel for us definitely is the best in it's brand! The location was close to the centre and many sites, yet it was nice and quiet at night.

“Birthday celebration”
We stayed in this hotel as a group for a birthday celebration. The hotel is in a great location, easily accessible by the underground. The staff were friendly and the hotel was close to all the local sights.

“Greta location”
Location great, close to the subway 2 mins from centre or 20 mins walking distance from the center. The neighboorhood is nice and lively for a diner or a drink in the evening. Location great, close to the subway 2 mins from centre or 20 mins walking distance from the center. The neighboorhood is nice and lively for a diner or a drink in the evening. Hotel in a quiet street, small parking rooms were cosy. refurbished. Bed comfort was good. Bathroom a bot outdated, standard shower, single sink, toilet in the room. Sound insulation was terrible. Single windows to the street, even in uiet street you could everything outside. Even worse inside, every sound in the hallway could be heard (conversations, banging ndoord, people running up the stairs), also from the room above all sound came through. So can't say I had a good nights sleep (woke up by the noises often). Maybe better placing inner doors in the rooms ? Really a shame, because an excellent hotel otherwise. breakfast was very good, two coffee machines would be better. Staff was friendly and very helpfull.
