“Friendly, clean and perfectly situated.”
The hotel is situated right by Torrejon de Ardoz' bus and train stations with good eateries within close walking distance. It is only 5 minutes away from the Plaza Mayor and 30 minutes by bus or train from Madrid. The Reception staff are very friendly, very helpful. Most can speak English well and … lisää
The hotel is situated right by Torrejon de Ardoz' bus and train stations with good eateries within close walking distance. It is only 5 minutes away from the Plaza Mayor and 30 minutes by bus or train from Madrid. The Reception staff are very friendly, very helpful. Most can speak English well and they are always willing to offer advice on places to visit (even in Madrid) or where to get help. Our room was unbelievably, spotlessly clean and comfortable with plenty of storage space, bath and shower. The bed mattresses are soft (but not too soft) with extra blankets available if needed. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, but the restaurants below serve take-away hot drinks. We didn't eat breakfast but it did look good for 8 euros. We are definitely going to return to this hotel!!!!!!!

“Nice little hotel with super staff”
Lovely little hotel in a perfect location right opposite the train station and a short walk to the main town plaza .. super friendly and helpful staff who made my stay an absolute joy. Clean and tidy I would not hesitate to come back and stay again

“Basic hotel in a grim town”
Basic and very dated place in a non-descript town ..both hotel and town have few redeeming features. It’s clean enough but its gloomy rooms are quite depressing, along with a lingering weird smell that I imagine a Bulgarian police holding cell would resemble.. The very basic breakfast is adequate and the desk staff are pleasant. For what I paid (I didn’t choose it) it was ok.

“Nice, clean and very nice staff”
This hotel has average rooms for the category, it is very clean. The desk manager is very nice and accommodating ! I felt very welcome in the hotel. The breakfast is simple but has mostly what you expect.It is in proximity of many shops, bars and restaurants.

Good location close to train station and only half hour into Madrid Centre. Rooms are clean, but it was so noisy., The walls must be paperthin!! I moved rooms once but the second one wasn't much better! Other than that, it was good value for a 2 star, but I wouldn't stay there again - I'd pay … lisää
