Reception Very friendly staff, efficient check in. Parking Lots of windy tiny streets, even sat nav got confused. Had to park on zig zag lines across the road from hotel. Was given a paper to put on the dash to deter any authority. We were able to unload. We then had to go to a local underground car park about 8 minutes walk away. Good car park cost 15 euros per night. Bedrooms Very large room. Had an internal bedroom so a bit depressing. Comfortable and clean Breakfast Basic and limited breakfast. Didn’t prewarn about Wanting Gluten Free bread. They weren’t happy but produced a roll. WiFi Free and good Overall Very good value but need good navigational skills to find the hotel. In the middle of Teruel. Worth a visit, interesting town.

“Two nights in Teruel”

Situated on a narrow one way street right in the centre of town. The hotel was full with a wedding party and as a result of this we were told our secure parking which we booked with booking .com had been cancelled! However all was not lost as they gave us directions to an underground secure car par… lisää

Situated on a narrow one way street right in the centre of town. The hotel was full with a wedding party and as a result of this we were told our secure parking which we booked with booking .com had been cancelled! However all was not lost as they gave us directions to an underground secure car park nearby ( this worked out cheaper than the hotel car parking) The hotel was quite modern in an old building with reception approached by lift to the first floor. Because of the parking error we were upgraded to a very nice room with a large balcony. Breakfast was excellent.

“Centrally located, nice rooms”

The location is perfect, centrally located in the historic part of the city. Parking is available, but you probably shouldn't have too big a car and/or nervous tendencies to use it. And avoid the lift, it's certainly not for the faint of heart, we thought we were stuck, and no one cared about the a… lisää

The location is perfect, centrally located in the historic part of the city. Parking is available, but you probably shouldn't have too big a car and/or nervous tendencies to use it. And avoid the lift, it's certainly not for the faint of heart, we thought we were stuck, and no one cared about the alarm bell (it finally started again...). A somewhat laborious check-in, but the rooms were good, with ample space and a good bathroom. Decent breakfast.

Basic, dated room but fine for a night. For the money (€111), we found it very expensive for what it was and compared to other Sercotels we’ve stayed at. Basic, dated room but fine for a night. For the money (€111), we found it very expensive for what it was and compared to other Sercotels we’ve stayed at. Our room (1005) was smallish and looked out on to a pleasant street off the main square. It was noisy though, with a lot of noise coming from the corridor, which is a main thoroughfare to other bedrooms from reception, and from the breakfast room around the corner. Breakfast was okay but again, not worth paying the extra for. Better to get something from one of the many bars a few steps away. The receptionists were friendly and helpful.
