“comfortable and convenient”
My husband and I spent 3 nights in Burgos and were very pleased with the Silken Gran Teatro hotel. This hotel was well over our expectations. As soon as you walk in, you think, wow. Reception staff very welcoming, freindly and helpful. “Simply an excellent hotel with staff to match.”
Very good hotel in the middle of the city. The secure parking is excellent and directly below the reception. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. We ate in the hotel restaurant as thanks to the protesting farmers our 6 hour journey took 12 hours instead of 6! The late hour of ar… lisää

“Good hotel at a good location”
Good quality hotel, good breakfast, clean rooms and good beds. The location is very close to the city centre but still reachable by car and they have their own parking garage - even though it is a tight one and you might be better off to park under Plaza Major and walk 4 minutes.

“Disappointing”
Staff great...except for waiter (Jesus) in dining room...he was unfriendly, unprofessional and more suited to working in a fast food outlet. The girl working behind the bar on 14/03 was wonderful. Bedroom and bed very good. Bathroom awful....shower leaked everywhere. Horrible filthy filler in sin… lisää
