“Great location, friendly staff, but garage access is on a completely different avenue.”

Friendly service, basic rooms. The entrance to the garage is from the avenue down below, and an elevator takes you up to the reception area. Do not drive to the hotel itself, but stay below, Avenida Madrid. The restaurant was nice, with a pleasant terrace, great for people watching.

The hotel is ideally situated just outside the walls and to enter the walled city you just cross the road and one entrance is there , or you can walk around the base of the walls and there are numerous bars and restaurants as well as more gates into the city. The walled city is vey compact and easily walked. The hotel has off street parking outside but this is vey busy because of the position to the city entrance but there is an underground car park for the hotel but vet compact. The rooms were ample, clean and well decorated. You can have breakfasts and meals at the hotel restaurant next door but you have to go outside to get there. A good base foe exploring and enjoying Avila, would definitely use again

“Short stay, two nightd”

Nice quiet place on a perfect location. All the interesting places in town are at walking distance. Breakfast is in the nearby bar/restaurant. Sheltered parking space under the hotel costs 11€/night. The parking spaces are very narrow and it's very difficult if not impossible to maneuver your car b… lisää

Nice quiet place on a perfect location. All the interesting places in town are at walking distance. Breakfast is in the nearby bar/restaurant. Sheltered parking space under the hotel costs 11€/night. The parking spaces are very narrow and it's very difficult if not impossible to maneuver your car between the other cars if the car park is full. A better option is to park your car in the street in the green marked areas, its ridiculously cheap and it's free on Sundays, Saturday afternoon and ..... during the siësta. Staying here was a nice experience.

“It's ok”

Very handy and you can get parking for fee. Pretty basic. The restaurant attached to it has minimal meals but the staff are lovely. My room was very, very noisy as it fronted onto the road. I wouldn't stay again..
