“Great place. Wonderful staff. Great location!”
Excellent staff who all spoke great English. Clean, comfortable room. They were great for advising me on restaurants and other facilities, like bank ATMs. Well worth it. I would definitely book here again!

“Comfortable stay”
Lean comfortable hotel no bar or restaurant but plenty nearby. Rooms were well decorated clean and roomy. Hotel is well located and within easy reach of restaurants bars and shops. Staff were very good and 24 hour coffee available. WiFi available but a little parr has but OK.

“Wonderful but don't expect American style accommodations standards”
When I arrived I was a little concerned since I just left the Sheraton in Santiago and this was a small quaint cute property but the room looked more like a hostel, there was no fridge, microwave or blow-dryer. “Good spot”
liked this place. centrally located in town, near the resturants, pier, etc....would stay here again. didnt love the breakfast, but oh well. it was clean, the staff was nice and the price was right. the hotel was also quiet, as i think a lot of the town was.
