“Good cust-benefit relation”
I've stayed at this hotel many times before. It never failed to please me. Great breakfast, clean and comfortable bedroom. Nice restaurant and pleasant swimming pool area. Fast check-in and check-out. Fair rate and great location.

“Very comfortable hotel”
Hotel is at a very central location, steps from the center shop. Staff are friendly, the room is super comfortable (including the bed). The food at the restaurant is superb. “Wonderful Place to Stay in Uberlandia”
What a nice hotel! My room was huge and had a balcony where it was possible to enjoy a fantastic sunset. Check-in was smooth and onsite parking was quite handy. Everything was superclean and working. “Good choice”
Worked well for a longer business stay. Clean and modern. Attached to the mall so plenty of shopping and eating options. Staff was friendly and attentive. The WiFi was decent, some areas better than others. The gym, while large, needs refreshed equipment.

Very good hotel. Clean room, good location. However, the people at front dest is a little out of Accor standard. There was one lady called Fernanda, who needs a real training or recycling course, she has showed a total lack of concern towards the cliente, did not know the information on Reward Program stating that each Accor Hotel has a diferent procedure, as it is a franchise.
